a syren. like the kind that sing to ships in the ocean and make them crash on the rocks because of their lovely singing voices and then they feed on the souls of the dead sailors. because you have water in your outfit, and its mostly blue.. but also because your so pretty and the musical notes around you head.. it makes you look like a greek myth overall.

Some type of nomad fey... I only say that because in the book I'm reading at the moment the nomads are known as "tricksy." And tricksy definitely fits you at the moment.

I'm guessing someone who was just at a formal ball who is walking through a rain puddle. That dress obviously hits the ground, can't you see she is lifting it up so it doesn't get wet?
