I am having veggie stir fry and chicken for dinner so that might be my entry xD I don't have the groceries to make a meal just for a forum post so I must multi task.

I had a roast beef sandwich with cheese and mustard along with some kettle chips. I am trying to get on a diet of healthy stuff because of health issues. I am going to have to get use to not eating healthy.

There is nothing healthy to eat here at all. The only places to eat are mc donalds, sonic, taco bell, and kfc. The healthiest we have is subway xD

My town has a decent selection for take out, but yeah most fast food places are just fat and salt. Delicious fat and salt.

Sadly I must steer clear of said salt. Blood pressure issues. I have found some yummy things on my grocery run today though. I never knew they had frozen pre cut onion and green peppers for cooking. I got a few of them. And some yummy frozen veggies without sauces but I have some no sodium seasonings to season them with.

Yum! I usually get the fresh stuff but it never hurts to have some frozen veggies as back up. Actually, we might still have some frozen edamames hanging around, I should cook those up sometime. [drool]

I was wanting some spinach but it was high in sodium :/ oh well. I got a thing of stir fry, some California veggies, and some broccoli and cauliflower.

That's weird, was it the preservatives or something? And what does California veggies involve? [XD]

Basically the Broccoli and Cauliflower with Carrots. and I don't know. It was just like 300 in sodium and I can't have anything over 300.
