Motivational Tracker
 
Ever just feel like you will never reach your goal because you cant seem to stay motivated? feel like every time you think about working out, you tire yourself out enough to not do it?

well enough of that! we are going to keep track here of our progress.. however we can.

I have a wii fit, and everyday I am going to post my Calories total for the day. What I did to accomplish it and my goals.

Hopefully you will join me and fee just as motivated.

by posting here, you will feel motivated to do something so that you can post here and be proud. it might not be a lot, but its enough to post here. so lets give it our best and get out there!

thats ok, you can track your progress however you want. hours at the gym, hours standing at work instead of sitting. number of squats. whatever you want!

the point is to post progress. to want to post and in order to post, you have to have something to post. and that makes you want to work out so that you can post it.

Yeah I ate to much today, didn't get to they gym. Wanted to go work out at the local senior center but had to much to do. Not going ot make it to the gym tomorrow either. Maybe Sunday afternoon.

well im going to try to make sure I at least work out on my wii fit today. i have a daily goal on there to reach and im determined to make it.

thanks! so i did it, i worked out and reached my daily calorie goal of 363. my legs hurt a bit... but its all going to be worth it right?

so are you going to work out before bed? i personally have not reached my goal yet, but im not giving up. i still have a lot of stuff to do before bed. including working out... finish laundry.... and dishes.

you can do squats and push ups and sit ups and crunches, jumping jacks. i do those a lot.

i have done over 100 jumping jacks today... but i still have about 50 calories left to earn. i can still do it i think

woot! i did it! i made my calorie goal for the day. not really wii fitting today, just jumping jacks, squats and a light jog in the living room while watching some youtube.

I went and did four minutes on the elliptical and thirteen on the bike. Four minutes is the most I've ever done on the elliptical.

I am so proud of you!!! what a great job! next time, go for 5. I did two push ups and i was really proud of myself.

I am going to meet my goal today as well. I have very little to go now and I worked out on my wii fit for over half an hour!
