♡ a place to be sad ♡
 

Sometimes you do just need a place to sit and feel sad. Being open with your feelings and knowing that they are valid (all of them, even the sad ones) is healthy. <3

I'm sorry hummy. Is there someone that you can talk to professionally? Professionals don't always get it but they know procedures and different ways to help that us regular folks just don't think of sometimes.

I know sometimes I get this feeling where I kind of wish I could just go to sleep and not wake up. Usually when I'm really stressed and theres so many responsibilities to take care of.

Something would have to be wrong with you if you weren't sad right now!
I can only suggest some kind of distraction to take your mind off things.
When you are feeling up to it, I am curious about what hummydad's bad news is.

Hope came over and spent the day with me and Sarah (Tuesday).
I so love having her around me.
After she leaves to go home, I get sad.
I know she lives like 15 minutes away and that I will see her again real soon, but I just can't shake this empty feeling I get.
I find myself on the verge of tears unless I find something to keep me distracted.
She will be starting school soon...then she won't be able to come visit me as often.
I keep telling myself that I'm being unreasonable...but it doesn't stop the sad from coming.

Well...to compound my seemingly unreasonable sadness, I have been following a news story about a 7 year old boy that went missing from his home east of Denver...
They kept publishing a picture of his adorable face, hoping someone would recognize him.
Latest news is that he was found deceased inside his home.
The police are not telling us more than he was purposely hidden and that a 16 year old girl has been arrested.
This story just breaks my heart!
Every time I see a news story about it tears come to my eyes.
...like I needed another reason to cry! *sigh*
