Haha yeah. but you need a stilsuit first. I'm assuming most people on this website don't know the series Dune since it's really old school scifi.

I heard about it.
But... not interested in it.
No sad, cause I haven't even watch Star Trek and Star Wars too.

I saw the reference and immediately thought "Dune", but... I am shamed to admit, that's about it. I never got around reading or watching the movies (my brother said they aren't that great, though). I plan to, but... @_@

Well your bro is wrong! The books are wonderful~ They're as hard to swallow as tolkien's writing though, so I can understand not reading them, and a lot of the philosophy is lost on today because a lot of us don't have the educational foundation to understand it.
But then I'm the weirdo who read Jihad in grade 2 and got kicked out of the school library for trying to borrow the next one.

No, I meant, he said the movies weren't that great. He was fan of the books.

I'm not big reader on PC, I like to read actual books, but they aren't translated in my language and I can't get English ones either in prints (no cash), so. Yeah.

I didn't even read or watch Lord of the Rings. :)

hey dune was awesome. 'nods' and i loved both the books and th emovies though i firmly believe the books was better. 'shudder'but for the one about duncan and the whole huge 'turned into a worm' thing...

original meaning the medium the story first published.

Ahh yes. They almost always are. Translating a story into a different medium is often fraught with troubles.
