This is a broken item. If one of these appears it doesn't mean that one of your items is gone though, they tend to turn up at random.

Since the trade system was updated it is not possible to remove these, the best work-around solution it to pop them into a drawer of their own within your inventory until we can find a way to either get rid of them for you, or stop them from happening in the first place :)
