Ever have one those days where you anxiety is eating at you and you don't know why it even started

Fortunately, no.

To bad you haven't experienced this it's total misery [yes] stress might as well be my middle name back in December- January I was having mild cases of panic attacks thank god I had camomile tea on hand

I am diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder
So anxiety is a constant visitor in my life

I always know what caused my anxiety, but I never know WHY that caused it. It's always something small and insignificant.

I just have anxiety about school. Once school stuff is chilled out, i just deal with everything else normal.
it's kind of like if my room is messy and i'm thinking about the loads of homework i haven't done. THE messy room just makes it worse and then i can't do anything haha
