General Rules
1. Be nice
2. Follow TOS
3. Make Seito angry and you will get the pillow of DOOM *is serious*
4. Seito draws MENE avis only. ((Unless you want to sit and bribe me))
5. Freebies may or may not be color. Depends on how Seito is feeling. No complaining!
6. Seito likes pretty avis and prefers females over males.
7. Seito can change these rules
8. Want actual picture from an hosting website!
