Lucky Duck Charity. Happy Halloween.

Happy Halloween everyone!

This won't be the prettiest give away thread ever, but it's been a while since the Lucky Duck charity has closed it's doors and we still have some gold and inventory just collecting dust. So why not participate a little in this lovely event.

Here's how it works

1st. There will be page prizes, as follows:
-Post 1 on pages multiple of 10 will receive 50g. No limit.
-Last post on pages multiple of 50 will receive 500g. Limit 1. If you have already won this the second to last poster on the page will get the prize, etc.
-I will also give random posters cash prizes as I see fit.

2nd. We also have some items to give away:
-I will give the top 3 posters in this thread choice of any one item from my inventory. (I'll post a pic after a bit)
-Winner of costume contest gets choice of one item (after top 3 posters), and 1,500 gold. (see post 2 for details)
-Random prizes will be given as I see fit.

Please feel free to make suggestions of more fun ways to give stuff away. I'd be happy to hear them out.

Costume contest

We'll keep this simple. I want to see your best ZOMBIE costume.

ok so this one has a story!
a wealthy pirate queen and her men got shipwrecked on a mostly barren island
all the men had died around the pirate queen until she was the last one standing
refusing to eat her men, although quite tempting, she died of starvation
unknown to the pirate queen and her men, there were a few other residents on the island:
a witch doctor and few followers who survived off eating energies out of living things (plants, trees, bugs, etc.)
so the witch doctor saw the dead pirate queen laying on the shallow graves of her many men
and decided to bring her back to live... with a catch
the pirate queen became a mindless zombie minion to the witch doctor...
after she dug up and gobbled the remains of her men of course!
i guess loyalty flies out the window when you are a zombie ;)

I have been good, pretty busy with life, my girls, and online college.

Not much, just working a lot. I've been traveling the last few weeks for trade shows.. It's been taking a lot out of me but I'm happy to be home again.

Neat, what kinds of trade shows?
Yes, it is really good to just relax from time to time in your own home.

They're pharmacy conventions. I work for a company that does pharmacy automation (machines that count pills basically), so we go to the trade shows to show people in the industry our products.

Ah, good to see the Lucky Duck...it actually closed before I could visit it, but now I can give it some love! <3

The machine is cool. It's kinda fun to go to different cities too, but standing all day at the trade shows kinda sucks. lol

Twin girls, 21 months old. I took them out for a bit last night, though we may see if the church near here is having a trunker treat.
