MY SWEET FOREVER
 

Who are you coming into my life
Disturbing my peace of mind
Who is this stranger moving within
My life was structured I had it all in place
Then you came along and laid it to waste
To be gentle with you I must be
For your heart is open tenderly
Fragile our love is but eager to try
To give our souls just one more try

A whispered sigh:
 

I look into the heaven's as a sigh escapes my lips
Will I find him tonigt is the timing right
Anxiously waiting I pray he comes soon
He will come home to me if not tonite

As I look at the heavns above

Scattered pages float in the air
Pictures torn everywhere
In the middle of the bed
I lay curled up clutching my pillow
What brought me to this point who can say
Wast it the fight
Both of yelling and screaming
Was it the way you packed
Or was it me knowing
After all theses years
You really never knew
The real me
The one who loves
The one who hurts
Gives her all and only ask to be respected
Not stomped on like a bug
And left all alone
When things get to complicated
Maybe it was that you never really loved me after all.

ALONE

Sitting alone drinking coffee
Feeling awkward being alone
Head up high so no one knows
Give a big smile to the waiter
Look around can anyone see
Me hear inside myself sad and afraid
someone smiles and waves,
You raise your hand
Then you notice oh it wasnt for me

Go to work,smile and wave
May I help you,Please and thank you
You look good can I join you
See you later are you ok
Hears more work to do must be done today
Can you stay longer thanks I gotta go
You wave goodbye as I stay
Oh yeah I have no life...
No one to ask how was your day
Can I rub your feet
Are you hungry
Need a hug
Stay late at work
Cry myself to sleep

I really love the last line of this poem, it really brings so much feeling at the end!
