Anyone here make lanyards? :)

By lanyards, I mean these fun things:

I have a ton that I made over the years, which I use as keychains and bracelets. :)

Oh buddy, I used to make so many of those things at summer camp. I was always in the craft corner during free time, making lanyards.

I'm actually kinda amazed I don't have any of them anymore. :o

I had some stolen off my back pack in middle school. Kinda pissed me off. I only knew how to do the square ones, so it's not like they were fancy or anything. People are special.

I've since become a bit of an arts and crafts go-to person when it comes to Girl Scouts, so this is something that I always have on hand. If the girls are having a hard time it's easy to pull them aside and give their hands something to do and talk. pretty darn awesome.
I had one girl scout teach me how to make the circle ones, and I've taught multiple how to start and finish them. I also taught a couple of girls how to turn theirs into a "fish". Lanyards are pretty awesome. I've got a few hanging on my leader/counselor badge holder. (:
