I have no idea what I'm doing for halloween. But I have a cape, mask, and top hat, and I intend to wear them! Right now I have 3 pieces of candy. Why does it have to be candy corn? I'm not a big fan of candy corn... |

Mine was too.
I was going to go as a loli Alice and I convinced my boyfriend to go as a dandy esque Mad Hatter, but we couldn't afford the materials and now we can't get up to our old town and don't know anyone here. |

I am doing pretty good. A bit frustrated with this clue, I think I know it just hunting down the NPC is giving me issue.
