Yeah. I didn't stutter... except maybe in real life... but that is really here nor there.
I decided to open up a freebie thread, since it is Celes <3 and I am totally digging all the magical and festive avis and LOVING the EIs. So unless your OC has stars or is celestial in someway I probably won't draw them. Also I won't be drawing anything extravagant. They will mostly be sketches. :3
