Mrs. Claus' Cookie Jar
My favorite event of the year is finally here!
Welcome one and all to my giveaway thread. Mrs. Claus has graciously agreed to open her cookie jar and let me hand out her tasty treats to everyone during the event. There are several tasty treats to choose from and you can certainly take one treat or multiple treats, the choice is your's. Step right this way into the Claus' kitchen and we can have ourselves a wonderful visit. |
Treat #1: The Sugar Cookie Mrs. Claus dug out her Great Grandmothers recipe and whipped us up some tasty sugar cookies! The icing is on point! Now, this is how you get your sugar cookie, sugar. Ingredients: 1. PM me the following: Subject: Give Me That Sugar! My Request: (Here is where you tell me what item you want from the special event store) 2. Requests will be awarded in the order they were received 3. You can request once a day 4. Mules can participate |
Treat #2: Gingerbread House Any good architect will tell you that you need a good foundation before you can start to build your house. I prefer a solid sheet of gingerbread, Mrs. Claus seems to have gone with fruit cake fired in a kiln, she might be on to something with that. Gingerbread houses aren't complete without sugar glass windows, gumdrops, and icing eaves of red and green. Visit the different tables with all the goodies to build your house. At the end of the festivities we'll have to see who's house is the best! Here are the goody tables: 1. |

Been all right. Busy with work, hanging out with Roachi and Gizzy over in another place. Trying to get the lay of the land there.
Holidays crept up quickly for me and now the husband is having issues with work. They suspended him for a vague reason and didn't give a time frame for when they would resolve the issue. Or if he would have a job or not. Super frustrating. Hoping that he hears something on Monday before Christmas. Otherwise, I might lose my shit on his work. They won't like it if I have to get involved, along with an attorney. They didn't write him up, he never had any issues prior and they didn't give him a write up about the suspicious activities they are claiming occurred on certain accounts. Ugh. I do have the next few days off, so going to be here to post and give things away. Hopefully there will be a few people that want to post and get stuff too. |

I am doing okay! Save for - feeling like a highly pregnant whale- part, and the insomnia, but even that is okay now that I finally have holiday! How have you been?

Oh dang! Congrats Hime! When are you due? And is it just pregnancy insomnia? I can’t imagine having to lie on my back all night. I move too much in my sleep. [gonk]
I’m well, just glad to have a nice stretch off from work myself. [yes] And looking forward to a 10-day trip I’m taking with good friends to Germany in early March! |
