[FoWN 13]- Icestravaganza! Sign-up thread (Sign-ups CLOSED)

We've received a donation of some large ice blocks from our neighbours in Icy Peaks. Now it's time to make some ice sculptures!
Icestravaganza! is a team game where the teams will be working to transform their ice block into a spectacular ice sculpture of their mascot through the power of creativity- and some power tools. [;)]
Rules:- Only one account may join per user. This is the account you will be using to play the game during the event.
- You may only choose one team to join. Once you are accepted onto a team you will not be allowed to switch.
Sign ups will end when the event begins. Forms posted after this will not be accepted.
Since you may not have been expecting the event so soon, sign-ups have been extended! Forms will now be accepted until the end of the first rolling period.
