Welcome to the Artists' Art Mall Auction! This auction is made to raise money to fund our User-Run Event of 2015. The artists taking part are only offering 2 slots. Which means two lucky people will get some delicious art! Just tell them what you want and they'll do it (art wise of course!). The pieces will be similiar to their examples they have shown you. The auction will open March 20 and close March 27. That is one week! It will open midnight on the 20 and close 11:59pm on the 27 according to the CST time clock.

Auction Rules


BIDDERS!
  • Use the bidding form for whichever artist you are bidding on.
  • No mule bidding, main accounts only please.
  • No editing bid posts or you forfeit on bidding in this auction. Just make a new post!
  • No bids will be accepted before auction start time, nor after auction end time. This is pretty standard
  • Bid increment of only 50G please.
  • If the artist wanted to do more than one piece for the auction you will see it in how many slots are available.
  • Pure gold and items will be accepted, however items are only accepted at current average market price or current shop price. DO NOT BID WITH ITEMS, THEY ARE USED AS FINAL PAYMENT
  • Payment is due within 48 hours of auction end. Send a trade to PrincessKasumi, with the name of your artist + winning bid amount, and your payment due. If you do not send a trade within 48 hours, the next highest bidder will be named the winning bidder. Each artist will contact their winner and will have 2 weeks to finish the piece you ask for.
  • Chatting is welcomed in between bids.



ARTISTS!
  • Once we have confirmed that payment has been received from the winning bidder, we will ask you to contact them immediately about their commission. If there has not been payment, you will NOT be doing their commission.
  • We ask you to finish the winner's piece as soon as possible. We'd prefer it to be within 2 weeks. If it takes longer please let them know and keep them up to date.
  • Sometimes the bidders like to ask you questions, so poke in every now and then!

FAQ's


What happens if my artist does not contact me after the auction?
If it's only been a few days, give them some time. If it's been more than 1 week since the auction has ended, please contact PrincessKasumi or Silenia and we will beat them with a water noodle.

Can I bid for more than 50G at a time?
Yes, whether it is 50, 100, 200, 750, etc... As long as it is divisible by 50.

If I plan on using an item as part of my payment, do I mention it in my bid?
No, you're bids will be in gold. Once it is time to pay, then however much the item is worth will be deducted out of the total gold you have to send in the trade to PrincessKasumi.

What if the item I want to use as payment is worth more than the current average MP price?
....I did tell you we were using the average price didn't I? This is to avoid any problems.

Can I bid on more than one Artist at a time?
Yes! But keep these things in mind:
-you have to tell us WHEN you're bidding that you're bidding for two artists.

What will be drawn: Buyer's choice. Can be multiple pieces of art if desired within reason. (E.g. a pixel fullbody and a coloured/shaded headshot would be acceptable; multiple coloured&shaded digital full-bodies would not)

Taking a marker and outlining the lines, now you can leave it that way, but you can also color the inside with color pencils for a softer look.
