Trigger Piece: The Fight for Freedom [O/A] {Resistance/Conquest still open}
http://media.desura.com/cache/images...ins_weapon.jpg Trigger Piece: The fight for Freedom ~*We have our freedon riding on the shoulders...of a little girl*~ The year is 2945, humans have finally caught up with the aliens in technology. The aliens were very proud of the humans, and because of that, they allowed the humans to join the Intergalactic Union. Recognizing Earth as an intelligent planet. 50 years went by as things with the aliens and humans were great. However, something happened that even the aliens couldn’t stop. A large meteor crashed into the Earth. 6 billion humans of the original 10 billion were killed slowly or instantly. 4 billion humans were severely injured, 3 billion went missing and 100 million humans managed to escape. Only 1.1 billion humans were left in the world and the aliens had to figure out what happened. the aliens checked on the meteor and saw it was their worst fears, the Meteor held a race of aliens that were said to be the most feared, powerful and salvage of any race. The GIAs. Half beast and half machine, these behemoths were believed to be extinct and yet here they were in the meteor. The GIAs awoke and took over the Earth as their own, enslaving the remaining humans and the aliens who visited. http://i403.photobucket.com/albums/pp120/bt-key/046.jpg The GIAs noticed human females had the capability to control some of the machinery of the GIA than humans males or the aliens. The GIA Elders then decided to use the females to create half GIA and half human girls to destroy those who oppose them. The experiments were horrible and very violent; some of the experiments involving locking the girls in tanks of water, taking out their organs to let them dry of their blood and put them back in. The GIAs even went as far as trying to make a GIA be controlled by a little girl, but something went very wrong. The experiment little girl escaped with the help of her controlled GIA. With the escape, the last part of the experiment was never done and it was to convert the little girl into a GIA Controller to destroy the I.U.{Intergalactic Union}. The GIAs had made it their priority to find the girl and bring her back, turn her to a full fledge GIA. http://horrorwallpaper.net/wallpaper...4-1280x720.jpg The I.U. were afraid to help but knew they had to do something. However, they had luck on their side, the GIA were in the middle of a war between themselves. There is a small group of GIAs who believe they can coexist with the humans and the other alien species. The other GIAs, named Conquest, who want to destroy the I.U. and kill anyone in their way. The Resistance have to find the little girl who controls a GIA, she has the power to stop this war and bring peace to Earth and, hopefully, other planets. The choice is ours now, will you side with the Resistance to find the girl and protect her from the Conquest GIAs or will you side with the Conquest and use the girl for destruction? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Information of GIA and The I.U.: GIA - sometimes colossal creatures, GIAs are feared for their brawn and brain, their brains are said to be developed by the time they are in their preteens. They are believed to be tamed until provoked. Intergalactic Union - Founded in the Earth year 210, the I.U. have made sure things ran smoothly on different systems and their planets. They had recently allowed the humans into the I.U. and have been very happy to do that. Now they have to try and help the Resistance defeat the other GIAs and restore peace on Earth, --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rules:

Zorro's armor is powered by the bond with Luna. If Luna is too far then the armor becomes weaker. Zorro has enhanced strength, speed and stamina, he can also speak to Luna telepathically. Armor: Zorro is able to blend into his surroundings for two hours and he can make a barrier. Weakness: Luna is terrified of doctors and Zorro hates loud noise. What are you: Luna is the One named Moon and Zorro is a Guardian Alignment: Unknown at the moment Bio: Luna wasn't named of her parents. She was named by the scientists since they only worked on her at night. Her mother, a human slave, and her father, a purebred GIA, tried to keep their daughter hidden. However, when Luna turned two years old, the scientists found and snatched her from their arms. her father tried to take Luna back, only to be told if he tries to take Luna away then they will kill his wife. Luna's father was force to watch as they performed horrible experiments on her. The scientist the realized they didn't have to do the process of turning her into a GIA human, they were pleased and started working on turning her into a full GIA Controller. Having to remove her organs and draining the blood from them then put them back. The next thing they did was cut off her limbs and replace them with GIA bones, they even toke her eyes out and put in a pair of alien eyes. Her father was furious when he saw this and refused to have his daughter become what he was. One night, something went wrong. Luna's father destroyed the machine that held Luna and escaped with her on his back. He carried her all the way to an abandon subway tunnel so she couldn't be found. Luna begged her father to stay but he told her he couldn't, he had to free Luna's mother and try to fake is loyalty to the Conquest. 8-year-old Luna understood and remained in the tunnels alone for a year until she met an injured Zorro. Luna nursed him back to health and a a grateful Zorro became Luna's controlled GIA. He has dedicated his life to protecting Luna until the day Luna dies. Pic: http://img1.joyreactor.cc/pics/comme...85-100311.jpeg Other: Luna's skin is a dull gray due to the lack of light in the subway and sewage tunnels and her lack of blood supply from her organs. Luna also wears a choker given to her by her mother before she was taken called "The Moon's Eye". Zorro doesn't have any eyes so he uses his sensory to "see" what is happening. GIA: {Conquest} Name: Guro Aang Cutter Age: 18,000 Gender: Male Powers: Reads the Minds of those around him, controls the elements around him he is also a master manipulator. Armor: He can defect bullets from Human guns and certain alien weapons and He can crush certain metals. Weakness: Guro becomes a softy for earth pastries. What are you: Leader Alignment: Evil Bio: Guro Aang Cutter is one of the oldest GIAs and he is welling to use his powers to destroy those who are in his way. He has been the litter of the Conquest for about have of his life and he loves his job. In fact, he was one of the Scientist who was experimenting on Luna, the One named Moon. He named her Luna for his own personal reason; the fact her powers had to deal with the dark and her eyes were as bright as the moon. He had put her through all the pain and torment so she can be the perfect GIA human like so many before, however he wasn't expecting Luna to have already been a half GIA. The experiments would have to be worse than how they normally were. The screams were accustom to him and music to his ears. What made it more exciting for him was making Luna's father, Darwin, watch as the experiments worsen. But this all changed in one day. The alarm went off at midnight to reveal a horrible sight, Luna had escaped with the help of her father. Enraged, Guro scoured the entire compound to find Luna's father and mother. Once he found them, Guro took Luna's mother, Melinda, and placed her in a take of water and locked. Darwin attacked Guro in a fit of rage but Guro pinned the small GIA to the ground, grinning. He told Darwin if he ever tried to do that again, he will kill Melinda in the most horrible way possible. Darwin submitted and quickly removed Melinda from the tank of water. Guro had then convinced the GIA elders to make him a leader of the Conquest, he made it the priority of the conquest to find Luna and use her to destroy the humans and the Resistance and possibly, the I.U. Pic: true http://i115.photobucket.com/albums/n...yberDragon.jpg human http://techmaturgy.webs.com/Cool_Sci...Gallerycom.jpg Other: Guro secretly gave Luna a test which was to see how strong she was to normal GIAs. He was shocked to see that Luna was about to withstand a number of tests normal GIAs couldn't survive. It was rumored Guro even tried to kill Luna with 5 times the dose of morphine for an average human. However when he turned to clean up the mess, Luna was still alive and breathing fine. Guro now wonders if Luna can even be considered a GIA or a Elder GIA. Theme Song: Right Now - KoRn Quote:

To avoid the thread from dying, I have no choice but to start the RP.
Kry: flamethrower1391: Temple: ~Wild Spirit Wolf~: happydeath: Staria: Kiyoto: ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The abandon subway was a little colder than normal. The water dripped from the ceiling as it landed in the puddles they have been forming as time went by. This was a average subway...except for that fact the subway hasn't been used since the crash of the giant meteor, it had been almost a decade since that day, So many people died or went missing that day, it was only a matter of time until the human and alien races were enslaved by the very creatures who were feared in the entire galaxy, the GIAs. They were savages and showed no mercy to anyone they attacked, not even their own kind sometimes. Being half beast and half machine, the GIA had made their home on earth and proved how strong they were towards the humans and aliens. They tried to create a girl who had the ability to control a GIA at her whelm but it backfired, she escaped and now lives within the subway/sewage systems. Hiding from the Resistance and Conquest. A young girl with a dirty brown dress that stopped at her thighs played near the water she was always at when she first came here. It was so nice to her and it helped her better understand how things worked or use to work. Her back manged hair lied at her sides and halfway down her back. From a distance, she may have looked normal, but once close up, you will see a difference. Her skin was gray in color, almost like the subway cars themselves and her irises were red. Instead of a normal human color. Then again, what do you expect from the one who escaped with the help of her GIA father, but watched as her father had to return to Conquest? This girl was the one who can help the ones survive against the GIAs and bring peace...her name to all was 'The One named Moon' or Luna. Luna smiled softly to herself as she stood up and started running down the old corridors, giggling to herself, jumping over broken pipes in the dark. As she ran down the long corridor, she came to a halt. Sensing someone or something was walking to her. She looked up slowly, seeing the lights in the corridor flash on and off. A few loud thumping sounds echoed in the cramped hall. Luna gulped lightly, breathing hard, thinking it was a Conquest GIA who had found her, she closed her eyes and started to cry softly; her body trembling from the thought of it. Suddenly, she felt a tiny mechanical hand touch her face, the three tiny claws poking her cheeks. "Luna, did something happen? Why are you crying?" The voice asked, it sounded demonic and evil yet it was sweet sounding to Luna's ears. Luna opened her eyes and seen two large half beast and half dull gray metal plates bolted onto its arms, two short metal arms, its legs bent so it can fit in the small corridor. Black bulky machinery replaced most of the joints and muscles; sharp white teeth and a warm pink tongue swayed slowly from its mouth. It was her GIA Zorro, the one who she controls. "Zorro~!" She said cheerfully. Zorro hugged Luna tightly with his short mechanical arms. "Luna, what are you doing? You were suppose to be with Todd while I went to the surface for food, come on." He said shaking his head and lifted her up, placing Luna on his back making sure to avoid the spikes on his back. Both he and Luna made their way back to the large subway car they used as a home they shared with a boy named Todd. |
Careful step after careful step, the sounds of rusted metal and dirt patting against the footsteps of a young male making his way down the deserted streets of what seemed to be ruins of an old city were easily heard. This pure silence felt as though it would stretch across the entire city endlessly and never would anyone ever be spotted around these parks. Obviously enough, that wasnt true one bit those large GIAs robots roamed around the darkest corners of this city as well as this entire planet. Yukito had come across meeting many of these creatures already, there had been a few times he has gone up against them and end up defeating them with much strain on his own body.
Most of the time the reason behind why he had always been so successful in defeating the GIAs was due to the large beasts always underestimating Yukito because of the fact that he was blind. Never once has his true eyes been seen other then on the space station he was born on, ever since he had left he had always kept his eyes closed to anyone and everyone around him. Soon enough the white-haired male had come to a complete stop as he exhaled a deep sigh before turning his head left and right down the middle of a large intersection. Making his way over toward the nearest destroyed bench which resided in the middle of the road, Yukito had ended up taking out his violin before he had began to play a soft tune to himself. The path that he wished to go in search of answers was nearly at an end by now. He was no longer even sure what he was to do or if he was even certain that he would ever find his answers. While he had played his violin however, the sounds of loud crunching metallic footsteps were heard nearby his area and rather then it being one of them which Yukito normally heard it seemed to had been about three of the GIAs. It had to have been some sort of scouting party of sorts, whatever the case maybe the young male had continued to play his violin without any care in the world if the GIAs heard him and were coming his way. |
The silver haired boy sat quietly in the subway car, cleaning out his favorite gun. It was still new to him, and rather surreal, living there with a girl and a GIA creature. Though he had been wandering the subway systems his whole life, Todd had only discovered the girl named Luna just days ago. It had been a surprising experience, to say the least. Sure, he had heard the stories-everyone had- about the girl who escaped the GIA's experiments. He had never expected to find her, though. Which was why, two days previous as he had been pulling up the old subway tracks for parts, he had been shocked to stumble upon a gray skinned wild looking girl in that very same tunnel. And of course, he had been even more shocked to find that the girl was accompanied by a real live GIA.
Reflecting on these thoughts, Todd put his gun back together. The motions were so familiar by now, that he barely had to think about it. It was odd, one would think, that an empath as strong as Todd would even carry a weapon. But the young man had realized long ago that in order to survive, he had no choice but to defend himself. The gun had been his father's, that he had taken with him when he had escaped the wreckage of his home. He had practiced extensively with it through the years, and was now an expert. Still, because of his empathy, he preferred not to use the weapon when he could avoid it. As he slipped the gun into it's holster, he picked up on two strong emotional presences. Luna and Zorro, he guessed. Of course it was them: who else would it be, down here in the abandoned subterranean world? He sensed that Luna was happy, but had recently been distressed. She was distressed easily, being constantly afraid that the GIA's would find her, and he didn't blame her. Zorro's emotions were harder to figure out, since he was part machine, but Todd was usually happy for that. It was a relief to not feel someone else's emotions constantly battering him, and if he really wanted to figure out what the GIA was thinking, he could just ask Luna. She was honest and pure, though a bit naive. Todd and Zorro had formed an unspoken pact to protect the girl, both for different reasons, but they were both committed to the cause. Between the two of them, Luna had no reason to worry. |
The captain of the bloody crescent was a figure to be feared. Creative, powerful, and skilled few could harm her, and those who could knew better then to start a fight with her that wasn't necessary. She had yet to be defeated and even the GIA did not touch her.... the meteor storm however hadn't quite that sense. If it'd been a little smaller or she'd been able to cast a variation of a storm spell she knew maybe it wouldn't have hit her. She might have passed by the planet without a second thought.... but that meteor had to break her streak. She and her sentient ship had managed to avoid most but there was enough damage she worried for her ship, then again it had been her only friend still alive...
"Come on dear heart, the sea will let you rest and heal." She would whisper to her 'child' the ship and pat the picture that contained it's spirit before she slipped into the see. The large creature she shifted into swam towards the shore, a sea monster in her natural habitat. Once she hit land she took a human like form, once again something in it's natural habitat it would seem. She walked slowly, listening to those nearby absently. It was only then she heard the name of another child and it peeked her curiosity... moons had always lead her to her greatest treasures. "Luna huh... Maybe this stop won't be so boring." She mused as she leaned on her staff a moment. The metallic staff let out a few beeps, objections and apologies. She laughed and shook her head, telling it she didn't blame it. Her silly ship, she thought she'd told it to rest? It apparently listened as well as meteor storms. Still, she did wonder... what strange problem with the magical balance in space had made such an upset? she hadn't even sensed it. |
The dark room of the hotel was bathed in silence. Nothing moved, for the moment he was alone. He could feel the dull pain that had set into his eye once more, concieled by the bandage. He takes a breath, his master was trying to get through to him again. It had been happening more lately, the other seemed to be more determined to find him. He leaned back on the black leather couch, laying his head back on the back of the couch. His eyes closed as he let a breath escape from his form. His hands lightly moved up to drape over the back of the couch as well. He was thinking of cancelling the show tonight, they were playing within an old subway tunnel, to give the show more edge and feeling. He felt like it would be good at first, then it all ended up slipping from his mind when this pain had happened. He shook his head a bit, trying to clear it from his head. The show would be perfect as it always was. He would make sure he had a good time, and plenty to drink if need be. Opening his eyes, he forced himself up off of the couch. He walked into the bathroom, starting the shower. Turning it all the way hot, he undressed and slipped under it. So much within the world was going on, the GIA, the threat of an oncoming war. He knew much of it that others did not, since he was close to his master before he left. He had herd about some of the such from him, even if he was not supposed to be. He let the water flow over his body, attempting to relax as he did. He noticed the sound of the phone from the other room, he sighed once more. That would most likely be his manager, calling to confirm the show or wondering where he was for the sound check. He ignored it for the moment. |
Luna and Zorro continued to the old subway station, the large gray subway car rested there, their home. "Zorro, how was the surface? Was it fun? Was it scary? Did you meet any new people?" Luna asked, she leaned forward blinking her red eyes lightly, Zorro turned his head to face Luna, he chuckled softly. "It was dangerous as always, GIA scouts wondering the outside looking for you. It is the life I wouldn't want anyone to live, not even you." He said aloud, Zorro would have spoken to Luna telepathically since they were closer, but it would have been weird to him. Zorro continued walking until he made it to the subway car. "Todd~ we're back. Did you miss us?" Luna giggled softly, jumping from Zorro's back and landed in front of Todd. Zorro's mouth was closed, watching the events that were happening in front of him, his fangs showing since since GIAs don't have lips like humans or some aliens, "Todd, I thought I told you to watch Luna while I was gone?" Zorro hissed fainting as he slowly started walking closely to the human male. Zorro's true height gradually being revealed, but not too fully since he still had to fix in the subway car and the corridors.
|
Todd looked up and raised an eyebrow. "Actually, I did miss you. Especially since you weren't supposed to be gone." He chided softly. When Zorro spoke to him, he stood to look at the creature. "I can only do so much, especially if I happen to be bathing when she sneaks away. Anyway, I sensed that she was close to you, and kept emotional tabs on her the whole time." He said. He didn't really feel the need to defend himself, but at the same time he wasn't going to let either of them think he had simply ignored Luna.

[ Kry:
flamethrower1391: Temple: you need to put your post in.] Luna looked at Todd giggling softly as she nodded her head lightly, "Oh right, sorry." She said smiling then ran off to play with the plumbs near a water source. Zorro watched as he lowered himself back dow so he would destroy the subway car. "I see. At least you were doing thing." He said, dropping a bag full of pastries he had managed to find. They were Luna's favorite since it was the only things she had ever known to eat from the surface world. Luna sniffed the air and turned to see the bag. "Food~" Luna cheered, she crawled towards the back and started picking through it, seeing what there was to eat. "cupcakes, danishes, few pieces of cake. Oh, look Toddy look, cookies and brownies~. Zorro, you're the best." Luna giggled happily, she then turned around and showed Todd the back. Zorro laid down slowly, he was happy to see that Luna was happy but what she didn't know was Zorro was injured on his side, while coming back he was attacked by some scouts of the Conquest who were looking for Luna. When he said he never heard of her, they attacked them, thinking he was lying. He was lying, but he would be damned if he ever told those monsters when Luna was, he would whether die than tell them where Luna was. Guro stood at the large projection of the map of earth, interacting with the map to certain places where they haven't looked for her. To his left was the one who helped her escape and the one he loved, Melinda and Darwin. Darwin placed Melinda on his back as he walked to Guro. "Any luck...sir?" Darwin said in a dead voice, Melinda hid behind Darwin since she didn't want to stare at the GIA turned human male. Darwin was in his GIA form so he could have easily crushed Guro, however he held great power over him, he had Melinda's life in the palm of his hand. Guro looked up towards Darwin and huffed, "No, and it would be easier if you had remember where the hell you placed the little swine." Guro growled evilly. Darwin hissed as Melinda gently tapped Darwin to shake her head, "Don't. Please." She said softly, she was afraid Guro might take her away from Darwin again and she didn't want to leave his side. Darwin nodded his head and through hard, "Why not call for help, maybe that can do something." Darwin stated. Guro grinned evilly and chuckled, "That might. Call Axel up here and get to the intercom and make an announcement for all to know, an award would be given to anyone who give us Luna!" He shouted and laughed loudly. Darwin bowed, turning his body towards the large panel and made a connection to Axel, "Axel, do you read? Guro wants to see you...It's about the One named Moon." He said then looked towards Melinda. She was too busy fixing her dress over her fragile body. One human leg and one robot leg, she had lost it in an experiment gone wrong. Darwin had to make a custom leg just so she can walk again but it was painful for her. "Don't worry my dear, I just have to make an announcement and I will be done." He said turning on the mic. "Attention to all with the 8 mile radius of the telecast. The GIA are in of assistance, anyone who knows where to find the One named Moon is to report to Conquest immediately. Any information will do. however if any liars dare give us false information, will meet a horrible end...good day." He said in anger as he turned off the mic and sat near the window, turning human. Melinda listened as she was carried near the window and curled close to her human formed loved, closing her eyes and went to sleep. |
Scar tightened his helmet as he started looking around for other heat signatures he and a few other agents had been sent to check on some GIA sightings he opened his wrist pad as he let out a few growls as he ran a scan the message that they revived told them that the GIA's should be around here somewhere he looked back to his allies to make sue they were still here and noticed what seemed to be a subway tunnel that hadn't caved in yet "Were going down it would be safer and we might find what were looking for" his helmet repeated a bunch of growls that were let out before he spoke he placed his hand on what seemed to be a handgun that he had resting in his belt, Scar made his way down hoping they were close behind as he quickly ran though his heat scanner to make sure that there wasn't something else giving off heat that wasn't a GIA he checked his weapons before waiting for his ally's.
(sorry was hoping someone would post :) i'm not good at starting) |
Having made his point, Todd sat down again and picked up an old, worn out book. His eyebrow went up again when Luna started listing off the treats int he bag. "...Toddy?" He said, amused. He felt like that eyebrow was up constantly these days, but it wasn't really a bad thing. "Well, okay then. Wait, did you say brownies? Wow Zorro, you really are the best." He added appreciatively. He sensed something darkish in the feelings of the GIA, and just as he was trying to figure it out, he felt a shooting, stabbing pain in his side, as if he had been wounded. He whipped his head around to see that Zorro was wounded, right where Todd had felt it. He gazed a silent question at Zorro, hoping not to draw Luna's attention.

Resting upon the rooftop of the large metal building that was considered the Conquest's main base of operations was a young male who sat on the closest edge, at first any GIA that would take their first glance toward the male would immediately think that it was a human that dared to approach the GIAs base so close even with the danger of getting themselves killed around them. However, if one were to look more closely to detail it was more then obvious to tell that the young male was one of the GIA as well, both of his arms were completely all mechanical with strange-like blades going straight out from the middle of his elbow. This young male's name was none other then Axel, at times to many of the other GIAs, he was actually considered even another recreation of the human female that was experimented upon. Although that much was truly incorrect, the two had much big differences in their programing that was more then obvious enough to anyone who had half a brain to tell.
While Axel had sat there on the large rooftop, he had swung his legs back and forth while his gaze was directed straight toward the dull looking sky over his head. From time to time, he would end up seeing many different GIAs fly over his head as each had gone in their own directions in search for the human female experiment that Conquest had been after this whole time. The last thing he had expected was when the voice of a familiar GIA was heard over inside of Axel's ear. It was none other then Darwin, he seemed to want for him to go back inside and meet with Guro to speak about the human female experiment named Moon. A low sigh escaped from Axel's lips as he didn't bother to waste much time to hop right off of the edge of the roof with much ease. The drop from the roof to ground level was a near 40 stories that would normally kill any ordinary human but to the GIAs it was nothing more then a little hop off of a small ledge. Instantly with a matter of seconds, the humanoid male GIA had slammed himself straight into the ground with a loud thud. The ground around him cracking violently as it shook several boulders around the area only to cause them to come crumbling down from their ledges. Immediately heading into the building and making his way to the map room where Guro awaited for Axel, every GIA that seemed to recongize him immediately made sure they stood still to show that they were prepared to take orders from him as well at anytime considering he was the rank of a captain in the Conquest ranks. Once reaching into the map room where Guro awaited for Axel, he had made sure to stay several feet away before bowing in respects to show that he was still loyal. "You had called for me sir?" His voice was completely robotic and seemed almost as though it had no emotion in anything he had said. ------------------------------------------------------ Soon enough after a few minutes of playing his violin, Yukito had finally come to a stop after his song was completed. Sliding his instrument back behind him, he once more had continued to walk down the empty streets of the large and what seemed like abandoned city. Turning his attention up and down the large empty streets for a moment or two to listen and see if he could hear the sounds of any large footsteps or wings of the GIA nearby that was trying to close in on his location from hearing his violin. In the end of not hearing a single sound of the GIA coming in his direction, Yukito shrugged off the thought that he was heard and began to head down the streets. After what seemed like a few more minutes of walking, several voices had come to his attention as the white haired male quickly came to a halt. It seemed to be the voices a few males and a single female nearby, the voices weren't exactly completely audioable since they seemed to be in a bit more of a slight distance but there was no doubt that this city was still occupied. Yukito hadnt wasted anytime to follow the sound of the distant voices he had heard but made sure, well enough that he was going to be prepared for any chance of a battle. |
Akira looked back over her shoulder before entering the subway tunnel. It could be the only way out, and they needed to make sure no one was planning on ambushing them. She carried her giant revolving machine gun (with bullets big enough to take out an elephant with one shot) at her side as she ran to catch up to Scar while trying to make the least amount of noise possible. They had searched all over for the escaped GIA that Conquest planned on using to destroy everything in their path. She knew the creature could be used to destroy the Conquest, but she wanted to see the creature killed before anyone else could use it for evil.
|
Kia stared at Scar. He just stared at the fellow I.U agent as they made their way down into the subway tunnel. Kia was there, right there on Scar's right hand side, and just staring at his face. It wasn't the first time Kia had seen the other, wasn't the first time he had been so close, nor was it the first time Kia just stared at him when they were near. Rippling chills flitted up his arms and down his spine and he shivered lightly, still staring at the other. He glanced over his shoulder at their allies, when Scar stopped to check his weapons and let the others catch up. He watched the others approach, and then returned to staring at Scar. Kia's long tail had wrapped around his own waist and right thigh, to keep it out of the way and from being stepped on by the others moving with them.
The agile alien leaped nimbly to the side as Akira came running up with that over sized gun of hers. He brought a finger to his lips and made a soft shushing noise. He was only teasing her, it was clear to him that she was trying to be as quiet as possible with the large thing. Still, quiet as possible was not the same thing as silent. They didn't need to be emitting any unnecessary noise at all, it would be counterproductive to their mission, or any mission really. Those eyes were staring at that gun, just staring, much the way he had been staring at Scar before. Although he didn't stare at that gun for long, that gaze was drifting back to Scar. Watching. |
[Wolfie, hopefully will try to get another Resistance character, if it doesn't work then I will make one ^^]
Luna giggled softly as she kept the pastries in the bag so they wouldn't get dirty. She picked up a brownie and started eating, a light pink blush spread on her face as she eat it. It was a little stale but still yummy. Luna looked at Todd when she said there were brownies, "See, Zorro is the best. Pastry time." She said as if she was 11 years old again. Zorro chuckled at the two and bowed his head, resting on the bulk of his arms and allowed his legs to stretch out. The wound on his side twitched like a human's wound. If must have been because of his beastly half. He stared at Todd, know he was able to sense the pain he was going through. Luna, being as innocent as she was, didn't notice until she turned her head. "Hmm? Why are you two s-..." "Luna, why don't you go find some blankets?" Zorro interrupted, forming a sort of GIA smile. "Blankets? For what?" Luna asked tilting her head confused, "Why to have a picnic. It will be fun with me, you and Todd." He said in a happy demonic voice. Luna's eyes brightened up happily she gently placed the bag down and stood up, "A picnic, really?" "Mhm, a picnic. Right here. The sun isn't out and it doesn't really shine down here but we have the perfect lighting. Go find some blankets in the subway car." Zorro insisted. Luna nodded her head, she knew was far for her to find the blankets since Zorro went out to find some food and Todd was watching her. Once Luna vanished within the car Zorro slowly turned his massive head towards Todd. "That look as a question beside it. Yes, I am injured but i am fine, I assure you. I've had worse." He said grunting softly as he struggled to stand up slowly. Guro waited patiently as he looked at the maps, blinking and trying to find whatever he is supposed to find. Frustration built up inside him as he scanned the map and nothing came up. A loud growl escaped his lips as he looked towards Darwin. "What the hell are you resting? We are trying to find The One named Moon and you're sleeping on the job!" He shouted, Darwin looked up and blinked, "If I was sleeping, I wouldn't be about to hear you. I am letting my dear rest, her leg as been causing her problems so I am letting her rest." He hissed evilly. Guro snarled until he heard the doors open and close behind him. Chuckling softly, Guro turned to face Axel as he entered and bowed. "Darwin, you have a few things to learn from Axel." He chuckled as Darwin scoffed. "Luna's signature has yet to be found. I don't believe we have checked everywhere on this retched planet. I need you to check the lower areas, anywhere that could house a child. By now, she should have her own so be careful, he will most likely on be like the other GIA you have went up against." He said with fury in his eyes. "Failure will not be tolerated, I will personally make sure your punishment is severe, do I make myself clear?" Guro asked hissing softly, his eyes glowing a bright red as he slowly walked towards Axel. |
After stepping into the large dark map room with Guro taking his attention onto him, the very first thing to hear from the leader of the Conquest just so happened to be a compliment that Darwin should be able to learn much from how Axel acted. This hadn't changed the humanoid GIA male's facial expression in anyway as he awaited his response to what he was called to appear for. Axel had known well enough by now after training under the Conquest's strongest warriors only to rise up into the ranks and getting to captain as of where he was today that Guro wasn't the type to simply call for someone and have nothing important to say. While he continued to wait for an answer, his eyes had continuously taken their own attention toward the large map of the whole area of where all of Conquest scouts have already searched for the female experimental GIA.
After learning about his new mission being to search for the female experimental GIA in the lower areas of the spots of where the scouts had gone in search for her. Nothing else was said but a simple nod to understand his new objective of where to search, it was to be expected that the other GIA lower ranked scouts wouldn't have decided to go to the lower levels of areas to search for the girl. Usually if someone whether they were GIA or one of the humans had decided to go into the more darkest areas of the planet, they would normally leave themselves wide open for an ambush at any point in time. Obviously enough, this was no exception to Axel, he would be open to be attacked at any point that he would be unaware of but the large difference was that he was trained to prepare for such battles. Once Guro had questioned Axel if he was clear, a second bow was given to show respects once again before he would answer the question. "Quite sir. You can consider her as good as dead." Were his last words as he turned his back upon everyone within the room and began to head for the exit till he would leave the whole building. --------------------------------------------- It was only a matter of time that Yukito would reach ever closer toward the distant voices that he had heard coming from a lower area of the city. The sounds had eventually lead him to the entrance to a subway area as he leaned his back against the large side of the tunnel before turning his head over to look down the pathway. There was no doubt about it, there were other living people down there, still whether they were part of this whole rumor of killing the human race or if they were just a small group of the many last remaining humans left was unclear. All that he knew was that if Yukito were to go down there and it was none other then a large group of GIA scouts searching for humans, he would be completely out matched and would be killed on the spot. The sounds of the voices easily gave it away that one of the living things down there was a large male. Clenching down onto his fists a bit, the white-haired male began to make his way into the subway tunnels silently. As he came closer and closer toward the sound of the voices, Yukito had quickly hid himself behind a large stone pillar that was still several feet away from where the group were speaking with one another. Listening to their voices much clearer now, the white haired male slid himself to ground before placing a single palm onto the cold gravel floor. With his touch of the ground and the voices of the males and female in the area, it sounded to be that the female was what seemed to be a young girl while one of the males just so happened to be a human. However, the final male that stood there was large and mechanical, no doubt about it, the final large male was a GIA. It was strange to hear how the human male and the large GIA spoke with one another with such ease as though the two of them were friends. Staying silent while he was completely unsure of what to do, Yukito had bitten down onto his lower lip only to turn his head around the pillar multiple to times to makes sure that each one of them hadn't noticed his presence just yet. |
Todd watched Luna go off in search of blankets. He waited until she was out of earshot before speaking. "You sure you''ll be okay? I could wrap it if you need." He offered. Suddenly, his hand went to his hip, where he quietly pulled out his gun. He sensed a presence, feelings of unease and suspicion, along with a tiny amount of pain...a bit lip? Todd shook his head to clear it. He signaled to Zorro that they were being spied on, and to carry on as normal, while he silently made his way towards the exit of the subway car. "I wouldn't want you to be out of commission. if someone dangerous came along, it would be inconvenient." He added, putting very subtle emphasis on someone dangerous, meaning if the spy was dangerous, they both needed to be on alert. He didn't want Luna to come in contact with this person until they were sure about them.

Tyler woke up groggily stumbling out of his small mattress, nothing more then a large amount of newspapers that had been bundled up to create a small form of padding against the cold hard cement of the control room. He was short for his age and slender, he stood at only around 5'4" and he weighed only around 110 pounds, scrawny, since his growth spurt never seemed to have hit with how small his diet was. His dark dirty blonde hair lay matted in some places and in others it stook straight up, especially around his cowlick. He rubbed his eyes and debated if he should just go back to bed or not, deciding that it had to be later in the day, his sense of time being screwed up since he rarely visited the surface. Slowly he fumbled with random wrappers that sat on the consul, which no longer worked, eventually his hand found one that still had a little of a ration bar still in it, which he grabbed and stuffed quickly into his mouth, a trait he picked up since food seemed scarce for him, eat all you can as fast as you can.
After having his morning meal he slowly rifled through his bedding looking for the hilt he carried with him always, he worried for a moment unable to find it but let out a sigh of relief as his hand hit the hard hilt in the soft newspaper. He smiled as he pulled it out and tied it to his belt, then stretched and headed out the near by door, "Today... ill explore the north tunnel, there's always noises coming from there, since its so close to the surface... so ill have to be careful." he said to himself as he walked slowly down the tracks, his bare feet allowing him to easily grip the metal as he used it like it was a high beam. The dark tunnels of the subway were his home and had been for a while so he was normally accustomed to the sounds that rang inside of them, he had avoided the north tunnel due to the fact that the noises coming from there were not like the rest of the tunnels and he couldn't tell why. Tyler walked for a good half hour before he reached the switch over platform to the other subway, from the platform he could already hear a difference in the sounds that came from this subway. He took a deep breath calming his nerves and made his way into the subway choosing a direction to go. He walked for a while until he heard a rising noise, some of which sounded like the mindless back noise for the outside world and some which he could identify, they sounded like voices but that was crazy, no one else could live down here, or so he thought. He slowly walked watching ever step as the voices and outside noises started to get louder, he noticed a door to his right as he walked and ducked into it noticing it as a maintenance shaft for workers long ago. He took the ladder which precariously hung by only a few holders up into the old ventilation shaft. As he crawled into the decrepit pipe he sneezed from the initial dust cloud that appear since nothing had been here in a long while. He slowly crawled through the shaft trying to avoid the voices and voices, but quickly he realized that the vent was taking him almost directly above the sounds. As he crawled he tried to make as little noise as possible, eventually he came to a small broken part of the pipe and crawled out landing softly next to a wall, the voices seemingly coming from the other side of the wall which made him relax a bit as he started to move again. He walked crouched, slowly as he hugged the wall trying to find a place to peak in and see what the voices were undetected. After a minute or so he was able to recognize 2 voices, both seemingly male, one of them though sounded off but he didn't understand why it was so weird. Tyler looked in front of him and saw a small crack in the wall, as light leaked out into the rest of the subway on this side, he slowly creep'd up to the crack and peeked in his eyes taking a while to adjust to the lit room, as they adjusted he was able to see what was inside and his eyes grew slightly wide. There was what looked to be a girl, though her coloring seemed to be off, not pink like he was, he thought as he looked down at his own skin in the light then back at the girl. There was some one else down here in the subways which freaked him out inside, he wasn't alone down here, were they enemies or stragglers. |
Scar let out a growl as he turned to the group he looked over everyone before turning back down the tunnel he made his way down he knew that his teammates could fight but Kia gave him a weird feeling, he started switching his helmet vision again before looking at the Alien Kia who seemed to be staring at him but before he could say anything Akira came running up to them trying to keep quiet with her overly big gun he looked down at the human then back at Kia as his eye's were drawn back to Scars mask "anything you need to say Kia" he said as he looked down the tunnel and switched his vision as he started scanning the tunnels for paths that the group should take but really he was just waiting for a response.
|
Kia scratched his head, around one of his thin purple horns lightly. Those observing eyes not leaving Scar for quite a while, when Scar asked him if he had something to say, Kia just shrugged and shook his head. He did let a yawn slip past his lips to show he found their current activity rather dull and boring, but he said nothing. He didn't really have anything to say, and he was quite enjoying staring at Scar. Kia just liked staring at the other, Scar looked rather intimidating, but Kia wasn't intimidated in the least. Kia shook his head again, and took a few steps away, eyes on the path now. A contemplative look on his face as he now stared at the tunnels.

[sorry I took so long ^^"]
Zorro watched as Luna vanished into the subway car. He turned his head towards Todd who spoke to him about the wound, it was true. The wound was hurting but weakness was the last thing Zorro wanted to show towards Luna. She needed him and he didn't have time to deal with worry about a wound. "Yeah, I'll be fine." He gurgled. Suddenly, he saw Todd become defensive, and normally that meant someone was here. Zorro moved his large head slowly watching Todd and stood up slowly, knowing something was strange about the dangerous person here. Why would they risk coming so close to the subway tunnels...Zorro feared the worse, the subway tunnels were becoming too crowded and too well known. HE had to Luna deeper into the tunnels, even if it meant isolation. "It will take a lot to put me on death's bed. I have been and back countless times. So anyone who dears go against me are the ones who will be meeting Grim." He growled softly. The claws on his larger arms dug into the ground, it was times like these, that Luna was naive enough stay in the subway car just to find a blanket. Luna looked around, blinking lightly as she puffed her cheeks. She knew she saw the blanket here somewhere. Now where was it? She sighed softly and looked around until she say something interesting. A large hole in the car. She smiled happily and went to the hole, "Another tunnel, maybe Zorro put it down here so it wouldn't be wet." She said to herself, slowly crawling down towards the tunnel. Luna ten gasped softly and seen her dress got caught of the metal 'teeth' of the hole. She pulled hard and the dress ripped, Luna sighed softly then thought to herself, 'Aww, I'll have to find a new dress.' She said to herself then crawled on her hands and knees through the small tunnel, which really was the ventilation system. As she continued crawling through it, she noticed a few vents that were going in all different directions. "Which way?" She giggled to herself, before she knew it, she was crawling towards the the entrance to her left. After what seemed like forever, she was in a different ventilation tunnel over a corridor. She then looked down through the racks and noticed a small group of people, she smiled softly and looked at them smiling. 'They look so pretty, I wonder if they are from the surface?' Luna thought to herself laying down slowly, making sure the ventilation shaft was strong enough to hold her. Guro smirked as he watched Axel leave. He turned his head towards the map and pressed a space in the hologram, which then took him to the sewage/subway systems. He grinned softly then looked towards Darwin and Melinda. "I have a job for you two. You both will accompany Axel, it will be faster and more interesting." He said with a grin on his face. Darwin growled softly and rolled his human eyes. He hated working for Guro but he had no choice. "Whatever." He said softly and turned back into his GIA form and placed the sleeping Melinda on his back. Guro watched from the corner of his eyes, the affection Darwin showed towards his human slave was disgusting, humans were weird creatures who deserved to be destroyed. Guro laughed to himself as Darwin left the room, he pressed a button on the panel to speak to Axel, "Axel, hold on for a moment, Darwin and Melinda will be joining you. It will make his memory work better." He said then cut off communication with him. Darwin headed towards the door of the headquarters, his feet digging into the ground as he walked, Melinda asleep on his back. He continued walking until he saw Axel, his GIA grin becoming a frown. "I guess we will be working together after all." He said lowering his head slowly towards the smaller GIA male. Melinda felt the movement and woke up slowly. She rubbed her eyes and moved a little to see Axel and Darwin talking, her eyes widen and she shrunk into Darwin's back, not saying a word. |
