hello hello there :) how are ya's? How did you Valentines day go? ^^

It was OK, Lyn? How about yours?

It was alright :) I'm in my senior year so I witnessed some prom-posals :O it was exciting.. but I felt some second hand embarrassment!!

I do not miss the days of High School romance. Ugh... too much face sucking for me. >.<

LOL. there's a lot of drama, that I like to watch but not be a part of :) it's like real life reality tv! hehe but yeah.. PDA... not very pleasant to see... Did you get any chocolate? :) I'm craving some right now :S

No chocolates for me, sadly. My work doesn't really celebrate the holiday. Now that I think about it... my work doesn't celebrate a lot of holidays. Lawls. A lot of my friends are doing stuff with their boy/girl friends tonight. I may buy some chocolates at the local CVS tomorrow, since they'll be all on sale!

Reality TV... You got that right. I still don't miss those days. Haha.

YEAAH! The best chocolate is the chocolate on sale :) I'll be sure to pick up a lot hehe! maybe Ill make some brownies or something :)

I love brownies. I should find the betty crocker ones and see about making those. [love]

Oo.. one time I used bread flour instead of all purpose :S and it tasted like bread... it was so bad... needless to say I'm horrible at cooking.. but it's fun to do [oops]

Cooking is a culinary science. I love cooking. I can make some really yummy food.

I'm making angel hair pasta with a clam and crab meat sauce. My family doesn't eat meat during Lent (Ash Wednesday and Fridays), so fishie-ness will be made on Friday!

I've never heard of angel hair pasta @@ why is it called that? lol it sounds so light...

Angel Hair pasta... it's a thinner, smaller noodle. It holds sauce so much better than standard pasta, or linguine.

Lent is a ritual of praying, self-reflecting, and a bunch of other things in the name of Jesus's death and resurrection. It ends on Easter Sunday, when there's Mass and a big spread of food, celebrating His resurrection.

You're suppose to give up something, in order to experience suffering. For me, like last year, I'm giving up frivolous spending. It means that I won't be able to purchase a bunch of things that I would normally. I'll have to really think about my purchases.

I'm not religious at all... this is still something my family does every year.

I understand :P I just follow what my family does w/ rituals and stuff cause that's just what I've done since I was young hehe... what are you giving up this year?
