[contest] Get yer butts to the Pumpkin patch!
Fall is here, in a perfect world the kids are all out raking leaves, and helping with the harvest. However, sadly it's not. I haven't had one kiddo knock on my door and offer to do the raking. How frustrating. And to top it off the pumpkin patch is full of pumpkin!

If we make the work a contest perhaps they'd have more interest. It's different times than when we were young. And a contest will get it done faster.

Can't complain. We're getting ready for our next auction actually.
It starts around 7PM central standard time. We'll be auctioning off . . . *cackle* actually I'm not sure about that yet. I'm looking for some feedback on it. So if you kids could check it out and send me a personal message about things you'd like to see in the auctions it would be greatly appreciated. |

Aww we don't get bright orange pumpkins in NZ. Ours are like green... and hard to carve lol.

Why is there a subtle announcement of channahs charity auction when it's already on the second round??? I would've appreciated an announcement for its first round...

Channah, there are a good many of us that do pay attention to the announcements when they are made and I will be slightly defiant and defend Kent when I say that while there was an announcement it was made in conjunction with the release of a new item and buried at the bottom in small print. Pardon my saying so, but why weren't those two things done separately? It could have aided in avoiding the over sight by so many and to ensure that the auction received its fair share of admiration.
As it stands now, I will graciously avoid anything you have a hand in running or over seeing. Your rather callous and rude attitude towards the patrons of your threads is a bit off putting. |

I'm guessing someone else is now playing channah, hence why it feels a little more aggressive then usual lol. In the past, whilst channah was pretty out there, and told you how it was. She also had this awesomely sweet side, that just made you feel all snuggly inside. Much like a cute, grumpy granny who likes to laugh and pick fun at the kids :P. She reminded me heaps of Juru. Heh they could have been one in the same?! :P
