Well, I figure I would make it unisex, and actually, the suspenders tend to sit straight on small breasted females. The breasts aren't that large on the avatars, so it would lay pretty straight. I love what you're doing but the boob is all wonky. I'm no help at all... and I know you know - but I'm here to support you - not bring you down... I'm in love with these suspenders. Go PiM!

The boob is all wonky because I moved the suspenders. I noticed it. I need to fix it. xD I don't have time right now. Sorry for the late reply, I DID saw your post few days ago, but I am kinda... distracted/busy to post a detail comment.
Your suspender. The highlight is too contrast. Did you use the Menewsha color palette? It is not compulsory to use them, but they are good guides in terms of the range of color to use. |

This is a great try. The shading is a bit off and the color palette is displeasing. Not that the color choice is bad, I like the red, I mean the overall palette changes.
Also, the curving of the body(ie: the boobs) will also change how the suspenders will be shaded in that area because the way the light hits it will be different in that area. If I would pixel shade like you have here, I usually do my shading part with contrasting colors and I don't even use my palette at this point. It might seem strange but I can see where I need more darker shading here, lighter there, ETC. |

I wish I could offer more assistance - but I'm just impressed with the idea and that you're doing it.
I like the red, a lot. I'd also like to see other colors. ALL THE COLORS. You don't have to do all the colors. |

Ohhh! suspenders. I also tried awhile back but I went the more defined route. Maybe we can combine our powers and unite to become the ultimate Saiyan....whut...hahah

It might help to darken the outline that is away from the light source too. Right now, it seems too smooth and not pixely which doesn't look right with Menes style. |
Well, I was looking at the clothes, and they don't seem pixel-y at all. I now have a new tablet, so I will try again. |
Really? XD I think they do. At least in comparison to tool-shaded pixels.
Especially the belts, headwear, gloves, etc..the smaller stuff. Though, I can understand what you're saying. Bigger items that have more room to be blended and given smooth edges definitely look less pixelated than the smaller items. [yes] |
Omg, it's been a while. I haven't touched the suspenders since September. Dx Maybe I should try to finish them. But, I have been working on a book!
