If you take hot water and add honey and apple cider vinegar, it's really good for your throat. Apparently apple cider vinegar is good for a lot of stuff when you're sick.

I've heard that about the vinegar! Unfortunately I don't have any right now D: *will pick some up tomorrow*

gargling warm salt water is supposed to help too - it's just soooo gross

I ate tortellini pasta with rosee sauce, nothing fancy.
Maybe you should take it easy with something simple until you both feel better, too?
