Emotionless
 

A gentle pinkish promise.
Secrets tucked safely in whispers.
Not a sound comes from my own though.
Am I mute?

I heard the notes in my head.
A lovely but lonely melody placed on the wind.
How could I be sure that those are the true sounds?
Am I deaf?

I follow along side everyone else.
I feel as if I am being guided.
Maybe I would get lost on my own.
Am I blind?

I can no long enjoy my favorite things.
It all has been ruined for me.
Not by greed but by the emptiness within each pleasure.
Can I not feel a thing?

I remember that I can not feel.
I am not mute, deaf, or blind.
But because I lost everything I feel like I am.
Yet I do not feel a single thing.

It's quite an interesting poem. I like how it touches on all the senses ^^
