Hmm, Narnia. I read a few of the books when I was much much younger. I remember them being good, but I'd have to confirm or disprove that early impression with a reread.

Well my computer doesn't seem to be playing nicely. Seems that my "quick post" has pretty much turned into "the longest time it has ever taken to post one message in the history of mene post" Ugh.... So I was just looking on amazon and I saw these really realy cute pair of Yoshi slippers. i'm thinking of adding them to my internet shopping cart and saving them for laer but I can't find a size. I'd be upset to order them and then find out that they are a kids' size. I do not ahve kid sized feet. Or really kid sized anything but I can wear large shirts from the boy's section... I don't know if that just means that I have kid sized boobs <.< Probably :lol:

So... Christmas specials. I downloaded 3 today, well over the course of 3 days actually. It takes forver with so many people using this connection. but I got How the Grich Stole Christmas, the animated one, Alvin and the Chipmunks Christmas from 1981 and Tom and Jerry's night before Christmas. All classics. All really short. All making me wish that I could download some longer ones that would take up some of my time to watch. I guess I shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth though.

It also appears that my live update has decided ot take the holiday off. Everyone else has this time off so what not the live up date as well? Right... *whips* Get back to work! No breaks for you!!

Ah, you weren't kidding about the longer posts. I've gotta say, in a way your posts are refreshing. It's nice to see someone take the time to get a bunch out there when so few do these days. ^.^ I suppose you can consider that to be my seal of approval, not that I imagine you have any particular need of my approval...but still.

Anywho, I'm trying to keep away from amazon and ebay at the moment, or I know i'll ending ordering far too much (and mostly for myself) <---is probably just a tad greedy. >.< Though I'm tempted. I keep hearing about all of the great deals going on right now and...ba! There's a bit of a tug-o-war going on in my brain right now. One side is all for the buying of pointless fun stuff and the other half is like "you still have a gift to get later today and you have to pay for next semester's textbooks. Don't you even think about it!"

I know what you mean about the longer posts. Especially in the event forums you get this feel that it's not really about WHAT you say but how quickly and how much you can say. :sweat: It gets kinda nnoying after a while. Especially when the live update takes a hiatus like it likes to do. Coffe breaks and things like that. But... that wasn't really a long post :( It didn't even reach the max 30 gold. I guess that I shall have to try a bit harder this time :P

Ahaha... I do love amazon. I feel you on the ordering things. But since I'm in afghanistan right now and I know that we will be leaving shortly, which means that if I order anything it probably won't get here in time, it's keeping me from clicking buy buy BUY! At least you do have that voice of reason side to steer you in the right direction. So much better. I'm sort of an impulse shopper and well, the shopping cart is the only thing keeping me from buying out everything that there is on amazon. Well, if that was POSSIBLE, I would be doing it.

Kinda why I'm so broke at the moment *points to gold pile* The event had started and I lasted all of 10 minutes before having to run out to the store and see what all the fuss was about. And I found out, oh did I. I went from 10k down to 0k in a matter of 30 minutes. But, I came out of the store with three colors of every item that I wanted. I was slightly heart broken when I saw that they had added wven more cute items. So now, it's back to rambling like a fool to try to get that money back in time to get new things. :lol: It's like a never ending battle :P
