I don't think you can view male only items in the shop Archer. So if you see it there it's available for you to wear! Because I can't see the female tops.

I don't know. I was thinking about going for stuff in the auction again too, but with the event going on I might skip it for the cheap commons instead. The only way we'd get this is again if it got stuck in the halfprice store, and even then it's a fight to be first. XD'
