What is the best way to get rid of a migraine without using western medicine? Mine have got to the point where I get one at least twice a week. I need to find a way to get through the days without them.

U might look into feverfew it's a flower grown through out the us. Used daily as a tea helps many with migraines plus it's all natural hillbilly luvs hopes u get to feeling better
