It's been some time since I've heard tell of the Demonic Herders. Perhaps you've heard of the tales? No?

A long time ago, well, when I was a young lad their was a street gang called the Demonic Herders that would terrorize the people of the mainland. Luckily they never had any direct connections to Menewsha. I would hear of their dastardly deeds over the radio and imagine what they would look like. It was a really big story when the leader was taken down by a child detective. His horned head piece is on display in the museum of Social History on the mainland.
