JANUARY

Saturday the 12th
My final cooking exam for Culinary Arts. I cooked 5 dishes for 2 persons. I passed! [squee] Even better, I got 100% for 2 of my 5 dishes!
If I weren't so tired that time I'd probably be jumping up and down nonstop. Instead I spent the evening dead asleep on my bed, not complaining.

FEBRUARY

Friday the 14th
I cooked dinner for my family. Happy Valentine's Day!

MARCH

Monday the 3rd
My older sister's Birthday!
Tuesday the 18th
First time to visit Makati City. [:)]

APRIL

Saturday the 5th
I met up with my high school girl friends and batchmates for dinner. We had a lot of catching up to do. We also couldn't help but reminisce our high school days. We parted ways around 1:30 AM promising to see each other more often.
It was nice spending time together, it was clear that we've changed since highschool but the bond between us still remained the same. These kind of friendship/connection, I will cherish for the rest of my life. [=3]
Sunday the 6th
This may sound silly but I was happy to have finally bought Revlon's Colorburst Matte Balm in 240 Striking Spectaculaire. The Revlon lady laughed when she saw my wide grin as I realized that the Colorburst Matte Balms have finally arrived in our city. I had asked her (the Revlon lady) quite a number of times before and the last time I asked her, which was a couple of weeks ago, she had said that the shipment got delayed.
Judging from this entry, you can say that yes, I slightly love makeup. I don't wear makeup everytime I go out. I don't wear full makeup either. I only use a foundation (as a concealer, I don't use it all over my face), eyebrow pencil, lipstains/lipsticks, and mascara (like once or twice a month). I just love owning a few makeup, that's all. :) And if I do like a product, then I get this kind --> [squee] <-- of excited. Like what happened this day. [lol]
Tuesday the 8th
My best friends birthday! [boogie] We've been friends for about 12 years and I am forever grateful to have her in my life. Our group of friends went to a videoke/karaoke with kinect dance games for her birthday celebration. My best friend and I were both sick but we still partied on!

Sunday the 25th
Watched the X-Men: Days of Future Past with the family.
IT WAS AWESOME! [insane] Oh and was swooning over Michael Fassbender, the actor who played the young Erik (a.k.a. Magneto). His voice. Oh! His voice made me all weak. [love]
Monday the 26th to Saturday the 31st
Went back to the island where I was born, and also where about half of my relatives still lives, to do something important.
This is the second time my parents allowed me to travel on my own. That probably sounds silly or shocking but my parents are really protective and it doesn't help that I'm their youngest child.
I also got to spend time with my grandmother from my mother sides. She was happy to see me, I'm one of her oldest grandchildren. I also got to spend time with some of my relatives too.

JUNE

Wednesday the 4th
SZVPHQ, Lexadis, and McNugget made me laugh in real life with their posts in a couple of threads here in Menewsha. I just had to share it because I felt grateful to have met such funny people here who made me laugh when I needed to.
Watched the last full show of the X-Men: Days of Future Past with my older sister in hopes to cheer me up. Yes, seeing Michael Fassbender on the big screen again did help cheer me up. And yes, this is the second time I've watched it, don't judge me. [t2h]
Friday the 6th
Lexadis surprisingly decided that I was worthy enough for her to look through my past posts and ended up posting here, in this thread, which in turn made me realize that I've forgotten about this thread. [:O] Now here I am, posting an update. ^_^
