Where is here, you ask? This is the official Thread Killers thread for the Bittersweet Valentine 2011 event!

Here, we can support each other through those hard times here on Menewsha during the event when people aren't quite in the posting mode.

Rules
- Follow all the rules of posting here on Menewsha [here is a refresher course of some of those rules]
- No begging
- No flaming and/or harassing anyone
- No spamming and/or bumping
- no swearing or anything that would be deemed profanity [if it is censored with * or - I don't mind, I just don't really care for seeing it]
- no double posting [if you do so by accident, please get a Moderator to delete it]
- no page stretching
- Literacy is appreciated. I won't be a grammar master but too much chatspeak will lead to me asking you to leave the thread.

Tired. Just finished working on a powerpoint for a class. What about you?

Home sick, probably gonna go make soup, and then watch The Labyrinth, or some other movie that makes me laugh. xD

First Aid and CPR. I have to do a presentation on hyphema [which I keep pronouncing hyphemia] next week but the professor requires you to send the ppt a week before so she can check it and tell me what to fix.

xD, yes the one with Davie Bowie. It's amazing. I had to design a poster for a celebrity in my Graphic Arts and Design class last semester, one of the options was him. It was the only decent option in my opinion. xD

Oh wow, I've never taken a course for First Aid and CPR.
I'd like to, but I just don't have the option.

Ah, that sounds like an interesting project.

I've never taken one before now and it's... kind of kicking my butt to be honest. It's the practical portion. I've failed the rescue breathing practical twice already but I can't tell if it's the nerves or the actual counting portion that is messing me up.

I don't really need it for anything other than credits at this point. I've considered withdrawing from the course though...

I'm not allowed to lift things, I messed up my shoulder a while back and it's never gotten better. It drives me mad. I'm used to being able to do stuff for myself and now I can hardly do anything for myself. I'm not even able to carry a textbook for my Human Anatomy class in my right arm.

I hope you pass. What do you mean by counting part?

`The End: You have to count for 2 minutes. Every 3 or 5 seconds, you need to give the person you are rescuing a breath. And timing is important. It's really hard for me.

Meh.. 'waves hand' im just randomly watching shows and trying to earn up enough money to get the last two EI's for the event ^_^ they look awesome. im also watching old movies like Rainbow brite and my little pony's.

So, is the idea here that so many thread-killers together in one place will cancel out our ability to kill every thread we touch?

Or is the last one to post going to be declared HOLY EMPEROR OF THE THREAD KILLERS? :eager:
