POKEMON SAFARI GAME! <3 OPEN~
 
  • Welcome to the Pokemon Safari game, hosted by me. :squee:
  • Now, I used to host this on Gaia, but they had the roll dice/random numbers function so I will try to adapt the process of catching pokemon onto Mene.
  • Unlike the safari though, you will not get safari balls, but the usual pokeball/greatball/masterball. Now, everyone starts off with pokeballs, cause they are free. They look like this:

But they have a low success rate, and the user will have a difficult time to catch the pokemon in the wild.

  • Or, they can upgrade to a greatball, which has a higher success rate, but the user must send a 150 gold donation to me. Greatballs look like this:

  • If greatballs or pokeballs aren't your fancy, try the ultimate masterball. They have the highest success rate of catching a pokemon, although, unlike the game, they do not automatically catch the pokemon. If you have them, there's a 90% chance of catching them. To upgrade to a masterball, please send a 250 gold donation to me. If you already upgraded from a pokeball to greatball, and would like to upgrade from greatball to masterball, send only 100 gold. Masterballs look like this:

  • How to play:
When a pokemon appears, like so:

there is a secret number(s) that will allow you to catch it. Usually, I will display a range of numbers that you can pick to try and catch it. For example, I could post something like:

Bulbasaur appears! It sits quietly admiring the flowers! It seems a number 1 through 10 can catch it!





Now, if you have a pokeball, you can only choose 1 number to try and catch it. greatballs get 2 numbers, and masterballs get 4 to try and catch it. The first to quote it and display the number(s) successfully catches the pokemon. Like this:

Now sometimes, a pokemon chooses its owners, it can't be helped. so, please don't be a poor sport if you try to catch a pokemon and it doesn't like you.

  • Rules:

  • Don't try and say you have a masterball when you don't.
  • When you upgrade to a stronger pokeball, please put in the message what type of ball you are getting so we don't have any problems. I can't be held responsible if you didn't put a message in saying which ball you want and I mistakenly get you the wrong ball.

  • If you want to upgrade, use this form:

  • And send a trade with the pokeball you are buying.

That should be all. I'll add more rules if necessary.
