I love the idea of this thread! I was actually debating about making a thread like this, but since I see you've already made this one would you mind if I joined you? We could be weight loss buddies! =3
I'm trying to lose 100 pounds too! I'm at 275 at the moment (I've lost two pounds since I've started!) and I'm hoping I can eventually get down to 175 and just figure out where I wanna go from there.

November 7th log
I actually think I did pretty good yesterday. I worked out on the wii fit for 40 minutes, though I think I may have pulled something in my shoulder cause last night my shoulder was hurting pretty bad.
Generally Friday's are cheat days for me and my hubby (we're on a low sodium diet cause he's already had four kidney stones and he's only 26) so we got Wendy's for dinner, but I've moticed that since I started changing my eating habits I'm eating smaller dinners, so after eating my fries I was only able to finish half of my burger! That really surprised me lol.

November 8th log
I was pretty bad yesterday, it wasn't the greatest of days and after everything was done I just said screw it lets do pizza for dinner. So my hubby got pizza, breadsticks and the sauce, and a liter of soda. So I wound up having two slices, four bread sticks, and aside from drinking my own smaller (20 ounce) soda I had three of our little green cups of soda and I'm pretty sure that totaled up to about half that liter of soda xp
I'm kinda kicking myself for that one cause I've been doing so good about soda, I used to drink about 4 cans a day but by now I only have one soda a week and that's on our cheat day. Yesterday wasn't cheat day. But since my hubby's still asleep at the moment I'm hoping I can get in a small work out before he wakes up lol.

Lol I can't wait to be like that! That'd be so awesome! Lol that's good that dinner was tasty! And I think that walking around would still count, it's kind an activity lol.

November 9th
So I never got to work out, but I went bowling for an hour with my hubby, so I had some kinda activity lol. Aside from that I ate healthier today with having left over home made taco's for lunch, then sandwiches and baked fries for dinner! I figure if I get hungry again tonight I'll eat some grapes, cause they've been kinda calling my name at the moment lol.

November 10th
Today was pretty good on my end! I worked out for 40 minutes, got all my housework for the day done, and I made some banana bread! I'm trying to figure out a workout routine that would be best for me though. And I'm kinda yoyoing with my weight again xp I lost two pounds last week but gained a pound this week.

November 11-13
So on the 11th I pretty much worked on my book all day and did some house work, then yesterday we went out of town and I never got around to working out, and today I was having issues getting my wii fit to work but got it figured out when I decided to do dishes before my friend came over. So that's three days of not working out [sweat] though we're going out of town again tomorrow and we wont be back till sunday, but we're going to be part of a bowling tournament, so that's kinda a work out lol.

I'm (kinda) back! Sorry I haven't posted in forever, things have been crazy irl. I'm glad to hear your dads out of the hospital! How's he doing? And how are you feeling?

Umm I'm not even sure where to start logging but I'll try to get back into that next week, this weeks going to be pretty busy. I only worked out once last week, including my yoga, and omg could my body feel I hadn't been doing my yoga! XP
