HS = fail <<; And jobs suck too but hey, gotta do what you gotta do XD Just what it states, an event run by users. They provide prizes contests and a ruleset for the event. They get a sticky if it is approved by staff (but now i think it just gets its own subforum o: i don't think they did that before) and its like a normal even but not...official?! XD like theres no event items made for it the prizes are past EI/CI items + gold or commons that the users who are running / hosting the event provide themselves :) its a rather selfless thing to do... o: Also if you go to the main forum for the event there SHOULD be a rule sticky explaining things too :D We had a user run earth day thing too, that was tons of fun XD |
Yeah. xD Ah, it was worth it for the party after. All my friends were drunk and we had lots of good chats. Cause if your friends with lots of guys, sometimes the only way to have a really long conversation with them is when they're completely drunk. xD
Yeah, jobs do suck, I want to work in a comic book store or games store. xD;; Personally I think they need cute Spanish girls working there! xD I'd totally end up just talking to nerdy gamers like myself there though. @_@ |

User ran events are fun. There are usually a lot of giveaways, art and hangout threads. Just like staff ran events there are event themed contests ran by those hosting the event. |
@SLS, lol my friend who is half korean worked at barnes and nobles for a while to get discounts on manga XD then she went to be a manager at gamestop o:

Cool! xD Well, my friend works at a cinema, my other friend is trying to get a job at boarders! xD So if I get a job at a games store, we have manga, movies and games covered. o__o but i'd feel ever so nerdy working there. xD;
