Many people may be playing games to get extra gold saved up for the up-coming Celes Paradi. Gaia's having an event right now too, which might be taking some people away. I know lots of people doing conventions right now or vacations, at least. But, yeah... there have been loads of times I've torn my hair out waiting for someone to post in one of the areas I frequently post in. XD I'm online at odder (and longer) hours than most users, though. |

-feels absentminded- Oh, that's true... A lot of the users I've seen are on vacation right now. It's kind of weird, though; they all sort of disappeared at around the same dates. xD I just always thought that Mene would be at it's peak over the summer or something. xD I mean, during school, I always had trouble getting on, or got in trouble from getting on. XD; But now, during vacation, it's when I have time for it most. Then again, it's also when I have time for a lot of stuff. >>; -sigh- But in the end, you have to give up and face the fact that no one seems to be posting. actually i don't talk much anyway these days because some users just chase staff away, and i myself had a month off...that i spent either with my boyfriend or infront of my game cube :squee:

My only problem is when I stalk a forum for a while, sigh, and go away--and discover that someone posted right after I did that. :headdesk:

I'm around, kinda. I've been playing Flyff or Luminary: Rise Of The Goonzu when I'm not running around after my son.(He's kinda starting to walk and he's a fast bugger... lol)
Everyone I know is on vacation. I don't have time or the money for one... lol. Anyway... gotta run. Have to help my SO figure how to put the bike trailer we bought for our son.(Were gonna do a lot more biking... saves on gas...) |
Umm..yeah menewsha can be a bit dead at times..Well there are actually a lot of users who are invisible, so that's another reason why it might seem dead.
The most active place I believe is the hang out forum, I mostly hang out in the charity forum myself. Even though my own charity closed, deadness being a one of the reasons. Events help keep avatar sites alive, so I'm sure everything will be active again once the next staff event comes around *nods* |
I know a lot more users are lurking instead of posting. Including a fair few who were once really heavy posters so that may account for some of the deadness. But also it's summer so people are eventually going out and doing stuff away from the computer too.

Since the event started, I can barely stay on. The question is, how many people here for the event will stay around afterwards? I know am posting way more than normal for the event. I am trying for 2 of each item, and it is really hard for me. I lurk to much.

Mene died fairly quickly after the event just like it almost always does.

Everywhere (ie avatar sites) is alot more quiet right now, not just here :yes: *has been doing some small research*
Its due to schooling starting up again i believe, considering most people are from the northen side of the world |
