I think that eggplant look pretty, but I've heard it's a lot like tofu... it doesn't taste like much by itself, and it takes on the flavors of whatever you cook it with...

hmmm.....I suppose you could say that....hmmm....eggplant is a different creature....dunno how I would describe it....sort of like tofu....its often the subsitute for meat in thinks like eggplant parm.
