I spludged all my gold yesterday. >.> @Ry ~ A little, yes. xD Some of my staff are... Difficult. Not all of them get along with each other, so trying to work the rotas so they don't have to work together too much is tedious, and ridiculous for that matter. But it's easier than getting tonnes of phone calls on my days off. |

Thats alittle ridiculous Rose....you shouldn't have to deal with that....its a professional work environment the people there should learn not to be children.

@ ry & Cora ~ lol I know, tell me about it. The funny thing is, they're both older than me, but I feel like a nagging mum telling them off. They bicker. One is 31 and the other 25. If they were younger I'd find it easier to understand. LOL. Oh well. They're both valuable in their own ways. :) they'll get over it eventually. Otherwise one will end up having enough and leaving.
Cora ~ yeah the jellyfish one is my favourite, it's the one I had done for me and creps. XD speaking of which, I haven't spoke to him in an age. |

I wouldn't want to run our store but I think I would do a better job then our current boss...he's all about money.....he cut our staff down to a quarter of what we need to actually run the place....because it means he gets all the money they would have gotten in a nice big bonus.....-.-

Surely by having less staff, that means less trade, which equals less bonus? Thats what happens here. xD |
lol, naw he just makes us keep up the slack....we all have to work like 4 times as hard to keep things running at the same level....but its starting to fall downhill because some of us said screw that and quit...and he refuses point blank to replace them. Its sort of become chaos....there is no time for cleaning when you have to work hard to keep the place stocked.....the store is on the floor....and he doesn't care....
They stopped locking up the electronics because that required them to have an associate to open the cases.....the electronics have been being stolen by the bag full.....I saw 3000 dollars walk from my department just last week..... In a nut shell.....my store has fallen to chaos....and will soon be bankrupt. |
