I don't take critiques personally. I take what was said and work with it. I also don't have to agree with the judges. It's just one of those things. I think Roachi did a great job at picking different judges and they have all been doing a great job.

I wouldn't worry about it Fizi. I think she just misunderstood what you were saying and how you were conveying it. I definitely didn't take what you were saying as offensive - even if you had mentioned my name and something i said. I mean if you give comments, you should be open to receiving feedback about them. That's my opinion anyway.

I'm seriously bored of this place, i haven't even bothered doing the event.

I've sort of pretty much been the same. I occasionally click around the event and do a few things. But only when I have nothing more interesting to do.

Yeah dude i feel real bad for him too, but you know he's a nice guy and i believe he'll get something even better. Sometimes when one door closes a heap of others open. So don't get too down about it, Joe is very intelligent and good at what he does, and he's a lovely guy and he deserves something good. Btw go to employment rights, i'm pretty sure you can do something about what has happened. You really need to talk to one of their lawyers!!!

Yup Joe's gonna get onto the employment disputes place. Although he wants to do it when he has a job. But i'm like fark that, do it now. I feel like his bosses have taken advantage of his nice nature aye. Like they pretty much think Joe won't do anything about what they've done. There are a couple of jobs out there that Joe could go for, so fingers crossed @[email protected];; I emailed my head of department today, and he's talking to the dean about what will happen to me, if we have to go back to Vegas. I'm pretty terrified, don't really want to pay for this year again >: Don't wanna have to start it again either </3 Sadness!

The competitions aren't that great to be honest.
Yeah do it now, well it's fresh. Cause there is only a certain amount of time where you are able to lodge a dispute. So he needs to take that window of opportunity. That will also ensure that he gets the money he should be getting (redundancy) and a good reference.

If worse comes to worse dude, you guys can bunk here awhile. I mean it's gonna be a tight squeeze, but it ensures you don't have to go back to Vegas. And i'm sure it won't be for long. I have faith that joe will find something good soon, i mean he got all those offers the first time. So fingers crossed! :)

This is of course if the bugs are fixed since we can't even get about half of the EIs.

Well it doesn't stay permanent forever. Lasts up to a year i think ... then your hair kinda starts growing out.
Saves me from straightening it everyday though. I have ringlets and i hate them lol.

Ohh that's only if you want to Lilith. I actually managed to get 1 set of my own. Didn't know i had accumulated enough for that LOL. I wonder how much the sets will go for? Yeah so i heard, hopefully they extend it :)

Oh i also wondered, since you have been hanging about in CAA - would you have time to be a stand in judge? One of my judges has just told me that she won't be available and i have no idea where my other stand in is.

All you needa do is use the judges entry form, and go down the list and give everyone a score for each category out of 10, And then write in some comments (Please do this in order). It's easier for me lol. Um also i ask that you use constructive criticism, rather then totally point out someones flaws (hates making people upset). But also from experience constructive criticism is much better. :)

I need to get my hair cut too. I hate when it gets even slightly long.
