Yup lol. And the highest % you could get was 2%!! So that means if you got EXCEPTIONAL across the board for your review you would have got that. I got achieved/mastered. Which is above average and didn't even get 1% i mean my review was 1.99 which means i was 1 short of the next tier - which would of been 1%. Bullshit lol! Even the ones who have been with the company 15+ years & are awesome at their job, only got 1%. The girl i work with - who is now an assistant financial advisor or something, was PISSED! And too right too, i mean she is at work rain or shine, sick or not sick. And she never takes her leave. She said why the fuck should i put in so much effort for this company, if they don't give a shit about me?? And too right as well.

That's total BS!! I completely agree. I'd say F U and start taking my leave time. Why bother if you're going to get paid either way and it's not going to pay off in the end? That's just total BS. That's so not setting a great example for your employees and making then want to stay with you as a company. |

Bills are definitely no fun :( Even though I don't have house bills, like, major ones - I still have all my cards and they're sooo hard to pay down! I have too many that are racked up thanks to life getting in the way and so many bills popping up - I wasn't able to pay off my cards every month like I normally do, so it kind of racked up :( BUT! I'm almost there! Hoping to use my refund this fall, which I should be getting in a few weeks, to fully pay them off. Then I can get my Toyota Camry <3 -so looking forward to the car- I'll finally have my own car that's not all nasty because of Dad! I'll have a nice, clean, in tact car <3 Love it <3 Lol Oh jeez - don't you love it when that happens? I hope he's not being too pushy though :( |

Thankfully i don't have that kind of debt. But i do have a loan debt, that i keep topping up because stuff happens and i gotta pay for this and that. And man that eats a lot of my money lol. Because I'm going on vacation and I thought I had 44 assignments due during when I was going to be gone, but I actually have 35! I have all but 13 done though. I'm just glad I have 9 less assignments to do lol
I only have 2 days left! I basically have to move up the due dates of everything by a week, plus do all of the homework for that week. In all, I had 3 weeks worth of stuff to do in less than 2 weeks :3 It's been a nightmare! But my trip will be so worth it! And I'm going to get to spend time with my family I never see, so it's going to be great :3 Lol You can hope!! Oooh - gotcha :3 It just sounded like you were in a contract or something lol Thought it was weird! But yeah - that makes sense :3 Lol I didn't have this kind of debt until my dad took his trip - that's when my cards got maxxed taking care of household bills and household expenses like groceries and gas and stuff because he took all of the money for his trip. Not to mention it was my credit card in which the tickets and rental car were bought, and I've never been paid back for that. So I'm honestly just still playing catch up from over a year ago. It's just been a nightmare. And I'm constantly reminded of his f-ed up trip with every payment on these cards. It's just been a nightmare he's put me through, and he doesn't give a rats ass that my credit is whack when it was beyond spectacular. I think with this refund though I should be able to completely get myself back on track and I should be able to get my credit back up - then I can finally get my car! -highfive for almost being debt free- No lol It's my Mom's car, but my Dad ruined it the second he sold his truck to my Uncle and started using the car. The leather is now completely splotched with stains and it has tears in it, the carpeting on the floors and in the trunk are stained and disgusting. There's just no coming back from what he's done to the car. It's one thing when he did that sort of crap to his truck, but it's another when he does it to the car. He just doesn't care though. There's no coming back from it, so there's no use in bitching about it because it's not going to change anything and it's not going to stop him. Once I get my Camry, he can take the car and do whatever. Then after I get my Camry, my Mom's going to get the Chevy Equinox so it really doesn't matter about the car, so to speak. At this point, it's not worth it. Lol Hopefully he will and won't harass you! I hate it when guys can't take a message and then stalk you and try to get you to take them back. It's like, get over yourself and back off, ya know? Drives me crazy! |

Haha Business and Marketing Management :3 I'm going on vacation this weekend and so I had to pull 3 weeks worth of work and do it in less than 2 weeks :3 Down to 13 assignments though so yay! And 9 assignments got pulled from the list because they're actually due AFTER I get back so I don't have to get them done right now! SO excited <3 Treating myself to the spa while I'm on vacation if I can find a really nice one <3 |
Ah, ok! What does that involve? I have a couple of friends doing commerce but they're either doing accounting/actuarial, so I'm not quite sure whats involved in marketing/management.
& ah, ok! Thats still a load of work to have to do over 3 weeks, though. @[email protected] im a pre-engineering student and I havent gotten nearly that many assignments over the whole year, let alone a few weeks xD And yay :D I hope your vacation is fun! Basically it's the advertising aspect of business. Like, how you market an area or a company or a product - that sort of stuff - it's a more hands on creative sort of work, versus number crunching and such :3
Kind of hard to explain XD; Lol! My French is the real killer. I have 14 assignments for that class due every 2 weeks, so that's like, 7 a week lol The majority of my weekly assignments come from there :3 The rest have just 2 or 3 a week, sometimes 4 - but I'm taking 4 classes, so it adds up really fast!! Me too! I'm wicked excited :3 I'm not like, going to the Caribbean or something lol I'm just going downstate to see family. I'm also going to see How to Train Your Dragon Live Spectacular and Disney On Ice Treasure Trove while I'm there - it's going to be a blast! <3 |

Technically, I'll be a Junior this Spring, but I don't see me finishing my degree lol
I'm guessing I have about 3 years left for my Bachelors because they have the program designed for 5 classes at a time for just the business aspect, and I'm only taking 4 courses a semester because 5 is just an overload and isn't even reasonable to try and put on someone. And then I have marketing classes on top of it, and that's another year or so. So I'm looking at finishing my bachelor's in 6 years, but meh - I'm doing online courses for medical reason so I don't stress. If it takes 6 years, then it takes 6 years lol Can't worry about it! Then after this degree is over, I'm going back for my Associate's in Realty :3 o.O; I take it your college doesn't have graduation requirements? I wish we didn't lol I have like, 10 graduation requirements that aren't degree related. 2 are math courses, 1 foreign language, English, 2 history courses, etc. Basically BS classes that are supposed to "give us worldly knowledge". More like give the college the money and make us take extra courses we don't need :P You only have to take degree oriented courses if you're in a trade sort of degree like mechanics or nursing. Anything else, you take the GERs (graduation requirements) :3 Nope! Just one of my cousins and her family lol But I never see them so it'll be amazing to get to spend time with her and her daughter <3 Aww - I bet! :( </3 |

its great that you can do online courses for it, though! I'm assuming an associates is a postgrad thing? Hmm, we have a few, but not nearly as many as you do D: I'd hate that so much lol. We have to take at least 4 units that aren't from our "department" (so as a science student I can do subjects from arts, law, music or commerce) over the entire course of our undergrad degree, but what they are specifically is up to us. So I'm just trying to pick the subjects that are the most science-y haha. >__< Yeah like you said, its pretty unnecessary D: You've already picked what you want to study, yet you still have to study all these other unrelated things too @[email protected] Though I guess it does give you a break from your major and stuff, but still. Yep that was me. This was over his incorrect billing which was due to poor training. Hr has been working there since April and they pulled him aside now to tell him he was doing it incorrectly and now he's been suspended for over a week. This means another week without any pay. I haven't factored that into the budget and right now I'm not quite certain how we are going to pull through this financially.
Then to really complicate matters I'm working my 40 hours a week while he sits around and plays Warcraft all day. He went outside to try and do some housework but ended up drinking due to the fact he sat and thought about the whole situation while outside. Luckily this was alcohol he had in the fridge prior to this whole thing. However, he got so drunk he ended up not being able to finish dinner.... Lately, I've just literally been working, eating and sleeping...just kinda trying to coast through this whole mess. |

Feeling much better to it. Hubby has a temp job for the next 6 months. Not permanent but we are just kicking the can further down the road. At least now I can stop worrying how I will pay the bills.
