Krad smiled at Lily when she stood up, leaned closer, and told him that she liked his human guise. He winked at her as he spoke.

"I'm glad that you like the way I look now. I'll have to make sure to keep this look on me more often. So, do you have any preference on where to go for lunch or to look around?"

Bani 09-28-2008 07:09 PM

Lily tapped her chin as she headed out of the house, thinking of where would be a fun place to eat. "Well, I know a place that is pretty quiet. We can sit and talk while we eat. It would be a great opportunity to get to know each other better."

Lily thought about her last sentence. She was completely comfortable talking about herself. The topic of herself was her favorite subject after all! Yet, she hoped Krad's sharing wouldn't involve things that would give her nightmares at night. He had mentioned the movies about vampires weren't completely true, but still, how scary a subject!

From that mindset she quickly thought of what he had mentioned the night before during the Jenga game about that night of passion. Maybe he had more stories like that! Now maybe THAT would be entertaining and scandalous!

"I don't care where we go to look around. I just want to be out of that house and away from any kind of chores that might be waiting for me."

Dimitri Bloodbane 09-29-2008 01:30 AM

Krad smiled and nodded at Lily as she mentioned a place that would be quiet while he walked beside her.

"Quiet, eh? I like the sound of that. I think it'll be a good idea to get to know one another."

When Lily mentioned that she didn't have a particular destination in mind for places to look around, that she just wanted to get out of the inn for a while, Krad nodded, even though he chuckled a bit.

"Yes, I'm sure that there are a lot of chores involved when trying to run an inn. I don't blame you for wanting to get away from it for a while. But, it's at least nice to have a place to call home where you have people that care about you, isn't it? Anyway, do you get very many chances to go out?"

"I like to imagine I'm polite," Misha replied with one of his own smiles to the farm boy. He would have to get Rae to order from this farm more often if only for the eye candy. Misha was stronger than he looked and he figured to give the other man one less trip back and forth would be a kindness.

When the man offered the crate for him to take Misha stepped in to take the crate from the man. Hands brushed over the other's briefly grabbing for a grip before taking it from him. A look of surprise crossed his face at how heavy the crate actually was but with a little of shifting he managed it almost comfortably.

Aryah_Jade 09-29-2008 02:11 AM

Michi followed Rae up the stairs, with a smile and shaking her head from side to side.

"So, how am I helping you, now?" Michi asked, referring to the two older women. Technically speaking there was no real reason for the "cleaner" to be present at the moment, as she saw it as somewhat rude to confront a guest with pontential cleaning and laundry before they'd even had their morning cup of coffee. And that last thought struck an idea.

"Oh! How about if I go and get them some coffee and bring it up on a tray?"

rampartte 09-29-2008 02:11 AM

The young man watched Misha take it held back a chuckle though the look spread out on his face as Misha's expression's changed from one to the other while trying to carry the crate. This dark haired hotel guy really was strange, but interesting. He had unusual taste in clothes too, but the young man's standards. Not that those extremely tight pants looked bad.

He watched Misha start to head in with the heavy load and chuckled softly to himself with a toothy grin, then hoisted up the last crate and followed, making light conversation. "So, you just work here, or you here for one of your girlfriends in there?" The blond nodded towards the kitchen when he caught up to Misha at the door.

Rusalka 09-29-2008 02:27 AM

Misha looked over at the blond in the plaid shirt as he carried the crate towards the inn and through the backdoor. He shook his head at the question with a small smile towards the man.

"Ah, no.. I'm more 'one of the girls' myself," Misha said in small explanation to the man with a larger smile at the man.

rampartte 09-29-2008 02:45 AM

Rae rose a brow at Michi's idea and hmm'd it over. "Well I was just going to suggest you knock on one door an I the other to wake them up, so they could go down for breakfast in the front room. But I suppose we could bring them breakfast in bed with the coffee and rolls. Are you trying to be more productive than me?" Rae teased with a grin and poked Michi in the shoulder before a light laugh. "Un, maybe we should bring their breakfast up, we don't need them seeing any weird things going on downstairs.." Rae gave Michi a purposeful side glance.

"Mm?" The pale blond haired man furrowed his brow looking slightly confused at Micha's comment at first. He thought it over with a little nod as he carried the last crate back into the kitchen to see everyone who had been there a moment ago had suddenly vacated. The man did pause to watch Misha bend over and put his crate in the pantry, then went to do the same with the one he was heaving once Misha was out of the way. He brushed his hands on the back of his jeans as he stood back up and flashed Misha a pretty pearly white smile.

"Thanks fer th' help. Name's Liam by the way. Liam Sutherland. Don't think I caught yours."

Aryah_Jade 09-29-2008 03:04 AM

Michi grinned at Rae, as if playing innocent.
"Point taken."
And, with that, she turned and headed back downstairs to the kitchen.
Upon entering the kitchen, she found both Krad and Lilly absent. Lydia had likely gone to finish her book. All in all it was looking to be a pretty easy day for everyone.

Michi smiled at Misha, and the flannel clad young man with him. Michi couldn't help noticing the man's good looks, but quickly shoved that thought to the side.

"Hello. Oh, Misha, do you know where we keep the trays? Rae suggested the ladies get their breakfast brought to them this morning." Michi spoke while removing plates from the cupboards, and mugs which she filled with coffee.

Rusalka 09-29-2008 03:12 AM

Misha noticed the confused look and would have elaborated more if he didn't also catch the look of understanding that crossed the man's face. Though raised in a straight only community, he was strangely open about his sexuality outside of it. He supposed he just figured he'd got the worst of the looks, beatings and so on there that nothing else would phase him outside of it.

He brushed his own hands of by rubbing them together briefly, not willing to make a mess of his pants. He gave his own bright smile to the man once more as he introduced himself.

"Name's Micheal, but everyone calls me Misha," he replied with a slight nod in Liam's direction.

He turned when Michi had entered and gave her a nod after a moments thought. "Ah yes they're in the lower cupboard beside the Fridge, the only place they'd fit."

Bani 09-29-2008 03:33 AM

Lily nodded her head as she listened to Krad. "It is nice. Everyone at the inn is so great! If I need help or if I don't feel good they immediately do all they can just to make me feel better. Everyone of us would do anything for anyone of our friends. As for going out I do a lot with my sister, but I don't get much offers from boys."

Lily's eyes caught a few girls turn their heads to admire Krad, obviously drawn to his amazing good looks. Lily smile grew brighter. HOW JEALOUS THEY MUST BE! She faked a stumble so she could catch herself by taking hold of Krad's arm. "OOPS, how clumsy of me." Once her arm wrapped around Krad's arm she didn't let it go. Instead, she kept smiling and took in the luxurious feeling of all those girls being so jealous of her and her hot escort.

rampartte 09-29-2008 03:50 AM

Rae smiled and watched Michi go ahead of her, hanging back in the hallway alone for a moment. She closed her eyes and put a hand on the side of her head so one thumb gently pressed into her temple and rubbed it. She took a few deep breaths in the quiet, then headed back downstairs after the girl to help her carry up the trays, since there would be two of them. She found Michi downstairs in the kitchen with Misha and a strange man whom she looked up and down over thouroughly before grinning at him.

"Nice to meet you Misha." Liam said in his polite slight southern twang of an accent, it seemed to come and go because he particularly didn't like that he had it, but it was hard not to talk with it sometimes. His eyes glanced away from the pretty boy to the yet new girl that walked in and Liam gave her a polite smile and little nod of his head. "Morn'un miss." He supposed he should be ready to leave, he just needed the receipt signed quickly. He pulled a small pad and pen out of his front pocket just as Rae had come in and glanced down at it. "I suppose anyone of you could sign this for me, says basically I delivered the stuff instead a' chucking it over a cliff or something." He grinned reasonably and handed the pad over when Rae stepped up first.

I'll sign for it, so the farm produced arrived. You made excellent time this morning, I wasn't expecting you for another half hour." Rae looked pleased and it made Liam grin a tad more proudly.

"Well shucks miss, I'm just doin' my job. I hope you order from us again." Liam gave them a polite nod of the head again as he took the pad back and turned away, then reached up to grab the lip of his hat and pulled it off, rubbing his hand back down his platinum hair that spiked up at the touch before turning to face the three still in the kitchen.

"Y'all don't seem to be that up'n all in ages. There's this bonfire party I know goin' down at the West Bombay beach strip, if'n y'all don't have anything to do tonight, might be fun in all." Liam smiled, particularly at Misha as he told them about the party.

Aryah_Jade 09-29-2008 03:56 AM

Michi turned briefly from arranging the flatware on the trays, to look at the handome young man, and noticed him looking at Misha. She smiled, in a secretive way and gave Misha a wink before turning back to getting breakfast ready for the two guests upstairs.

She was nowhere near as skilled as Lydia at arranging a meal to appear almost artistic, but she tried her best to arrange a variety of items for the women. Warm cinnamon rolls, and muffins. Their mugs of Coffee along with a small glass of milk, and one of Orange juice for each of them. She'd found some small, crystal bowls with the trays and used them for sugar. The flatware was layed out on white napkins. Michi looked over at Rae, with an open expression, as she waited for her to finish with the young man she now knew to be the produce supplier. And, when Rae was finally finished, she asked her, "What do you think? Is there anything I missed?"

Dimitri Bloodbane 09-29-2008 03:59 AM

Krad listened as Lily described how everyone in the inn stuck together and helped each other out in times of need and he instantly wished that he could have been so lucky as to be able to grow up in that type of environment. He also listened as Lily told him how she would go into town with Lydia, but Krad arched an eyebrow at Lily when she mentioned that she didn't get asked out often by boys. Krad took that moment to give Lily a closer looking over. She was cute, had a really nice body, and a pleasant happy-type personality. Krad couldn't understand why Lily and Lydia wouldn't get asked out more often by boys.

"Really? How odd. I figured that the boys from town would damn-near be breaking the door of the inn down to try to get a chance to take you or Lydia out. They must be blind or dumb if they don't ask the two of you out more often."

Krad noticed Lily stumble and he tried to reach out to catch her. Before he could, though, Lily had already taken hold of his arm to catch her balance. Krad smiled again when he noticed that she was clinging tightly to his arm to the point that he could feel one of her breasts pressed against his arm. Krad wasn't about to try to detach Lily from his arm. If she wanted to hang onto his arm like this, he was perfectly fine with it. As they continued to walk down the street, Krad looked at Lily as he asked her a question.

"Were you wanting to eat first, or would you rather go look around in the shops first?"

Rusalka 09-29-2008 04:36 AM

Misha's eyes caught Michi's wink and with a grin he nodded at Liam trying not to seem too anxious to accept the man's invitation. He needed something different to take his mind off of things, this seemed to be his chance to do so. His mind was already setting up some outfits within his head but to the world outside of his head he spoke.

"I'd be glad to join in the fun," Misha told Liam without even glancing at Rae for permission. It wasn't as if they did much in the evenings anyhow, so he didn't think it much of a problem.

rampartte 09-29-2008 05:00 AM

Rae came over to look at the trays Michi had made and tapped her cheek thoughtfully a second, then nodded. "Hold on, I got just the thing." Rae disappeared into the pantry to look at the boxes of vegetables and fruits that Liam had brought in, but poked her head back out when she caught the man inviting them to a bonfire party at the beach. A playful grin slid over Rae's lips, she always enjoyed a time she could laze around in a bathing suit, and but the look on her face it would be easy for the others to tell she wouldn't mind anyone going, since she was probably thinking of going herself.

"That sounds like fun."

She disappeared again for a second only to finally come out holding two orchard pears. She carried them over to the sink and quickly washed them, then pulled out the sectional slicer for fruit and quickly cored and sliced both pears on the counter's cutting board. She added the slices each in their own petaled circle to the trays of baked goods then grinned up at Michi happily as she picked one up. "Okay, let's go wake up our favorite little biddies."

She passed Misha and Liam and gave the blond a wink as before she moved into the hallway and headed back towards the stairs. "See ya later tonight."

Liam smiled more when Misha, Michi, and Rae agreed to go. It was just some of the local kids around town, some of them the hotel workers would probably know, some working out in the fields and on the farms and stuff like Liam might be less known. But it was sure to be a fun night, especially if he could get Misha to show up.

"Well, it starts after sundown. Come around anytime, I'll be there most of the night, so if you see me, make sure to come say hi." Liam spoke in general but his eyes anchored in on Misha when he asked them to come find him.

Rusalka 09-29-2008 05:11 AM

"I'll make sure to do so," Misha told the man. He was one to keep his word, even if he hadn't found the man attractive. He'd already spotted that Liam might share some interest in him and it wasn't something Misha was about to pass up.

Misha combed fingers through his own hair this time pushing most of it back from his face, any sorrow that would have shown up earlier were gone from his features. He just looked forward for the day to turn to night. He decided to walk Liam out as well to make certain the door was closed properly. He doubted the girls would be pleased if rats got in from an open door.

Aryah_Jade 09-29-2008 05:16 AM

Michi smiled happily, and picked up the remaining tray, then followed Rae out into the hallway, where she spoke in hushed tones to Rae.
"Oh, my! Did you see the way he was looking at Misha?"

rampartte 09-29-2008 05:44 AM

Rae rolled her eyes but giggled a little as she climbed the stairs steadying the tray in her hands. She kept her voice down as she grinned back at Aryah. "Well I saw Misha wasn't looking so depressed anymore. If Misha keeps perking up like that after this party tonight, I think I might start feeding us a lot more vegetables around here." Rae winked down at her friend, getting Liam to come around more would be if Misha seemed into him. If Misha didn't, well Rae had no qualms trying out a different farm.

When they made it up to the bedrooms Rae took the first door and gave a knock. "Good moooooorning Mrs. Lovitt! On behalf of the Inn we thought we'd bring you breakfast in bed today!" Rae had put on an extra cheery voice and heard shuffling around before the ladie with the bright blue hair came to the door in her dressing gown. They exchanged a few pleasant words and Rae carried her tray in to put on the little cafe table inside.

((ooc: my brain is melting! I forgot the name of our inn AND the old ladies names!))

Liam grinned happily at hearing Misha would make it, and gave a polite nod to his head to the man again since the girls had now left the room. He walked with with Misha back out to his truck and rubbed his head again before he slid his cap back on covering those platinum spikes and went to climb into his truck. "I'll see ya later then."

Aryah_Jade 09-29-2008 05:52 AM

((I honestly have no clue what their names are ))

Michi gave a giggle in reply to Rae. "Yes, It's nice. I really hope things work out in Misha's favor."

Michi ducked her head as she passed behind Rae and on to the next woman's room. Once there, she gave a subtle knock, and called to the woman inside. "Good morning, ma'am. I have breakfast for you, and some fresh, hot coffee!"

When the door open, Michi was surprised to find that it's occupant didn't seem the least bit as if she'd just woken up, and in fact, found the TV on once invited in. Michi made sure to keep a pleasant smile plastered on her face, as well. She said 'good morning' once more, and made sure to ask the usual pleasant questions of the woman, leaving the tray on the table, in front of the nearest chair.

And before she left, asked that if she needed anything to let someone know. And, with that, Michi vacated the room, closing the door softly behind her.

Rusalka 09-29-2008 06:02 AM

Misha nodded and backed away slowly turning around to head back to the building as the truck drove off. He headed back to the kitchen only to finish off what he'd started but with a fallen face realized he'd forgotten about the croissants in the oven and when he pulled them out quickly they were burnt and inedible. He made a face as he tossed them, now baking even turned him off for the day.

Enough was made anyhow and all of it was cooled off. He set the cinnamon buns on a pretty plate and piled the muffins in a decorative bowl before setting them out for anyone to help themselves. After that he was at a loss for what to do and found himself sitting down munching away on a cinnamon bun himself.

Bani 09-29-2008 04:05 PM

"We just ate so I'm not that hungry, but I'm definately thirsty." She pointed to a place where they could sit together and have drinks. "That place looks great. I can have chocolate milk." She paused a moment realizing how childish her love for chocolate milk was. It didn't seem appropriate for the current situation. "Or tea."

As they walked the distance towards their destination she gave a sigh. "I completely agree with you though. I am definately a cute girl. Especailly when I smile! My face lights up. I don't get why Mish---boys don't fall all over me."

Lily took the lead and headed for a table that was situated off to the side from the other patrons. It was better for privacy since she wanted to ask Krad questions others shouldn't overhear. She let his arm go before she sat down. Her hands picked the menu up so she could scan it for the tea she was going to order. All the while her mind thought of how to start up the question she wanted to ask him.

Dimitri Bloodbane 09-30-2008 02:23 AM

Krad smiled as he caught Lily almost mention Misha's name. He couldn't fathom why she didn't know the reason that Misha wouldn't ask her out, but he didn't mention it. Instead, Krad fallowed Lily's lead as she headed to a table off to the side without anyone else nearby. After Lily sat at the table, Krad sat down in the chair next to her. He watched her look inside the menu, but he could also tell that something was on Lily's mind. It was like she wasn't sure how to put that something into words, though. Krad decided to give her time to sort through her thoughts and form them into words or questions, whatever the case may be. He knew that there was no sense in trying to rush someone who was about to ask or say something that they might be embarrassed about. That would just frustrate Lily. So Krad picked up his own menu and pretended, for the moment, that he didn't notice that her mind was running in overdrive.

Krad looked through the drinks on the menu and saw listings of various types of teas, coffees, sodas, and milk with or without chocolate. There were also some juices and alcoholic drinks. Krad looked through the entire list, then started looking through it again as he tried to decide what to order. It was too early in the day to order anything alcoholic, and Krad didn't feel like tea, soda, or milk. Krad didn't like coffee either, but he thought it might be a good idea for him to try to acquire the taste of it at some point. Not right now, anyway. It wouldn't be a good idea to order water, either. That might just make him look cheap or something like that in Lily's eyes. So, that left some type of juice. Krad looked the list of juices over again at that point. It looked like his choices for juice was apple, orange, grape, or cranberry.

After settling on orange juice as his choice, Krad closed the menu and set it down on the table. Then he looked over at Lily to see if she had decided what it was that she wanted to say or ask him, also if she had selected a drink.

Bani 09-30-2008 03:03 AM

Lily set the menu down, straigtening it before laying her hands on her lap. "I've decided to get chocolate milk anyways." She smiled as her eyes caught Krad's. Now was as good a time as any to ask.

She leaned in closer towards him, in a near whisper she started to ask what she had wanted to. "I have a question. I hope you don't think wrong of me if I ask it. The other night you mentioned that night you had with all the ....sexual relations." The last two words were whispered even softer than the previous ones. "Do you have any other interesting stories like that?"

Dimitri Bloodbane 09-30-2008 03:25 AM

"Chocolate milk sounds like a good choice. It's always good to get what you want."

Krad smiled and nodded at her. When Lily confided to Krad that she had a question that she wanted to ask him, Krad nodded and leaned a little closer to her as she whispered. He couldn't tell if she was excited or embarrassed, or maybe even a combination of the two, but he listened as she asked her question and smiled again. He spoke softly as he answered her question, not wanting to draw anyone's attention from overhearing what he was about to say.

"Hmm. Interesting stories like the one the other night. Well, There was this one time with a water nymph. See, water nymphs like to be in the water during sex. Or, rather, under water. So, what they do is bestow the ability to breath under water to the man that they want to have sex with. If the man sexually pleases her enough, then the water nymph lets the man live. If he doesn't sexually please her, then the water nymph revokes the ability to breath underwater and lets him drown. Talk about performing under pressure."

Krad chuckled and gave Lily a wink when he said the last sentence.

"How about you, Lily? Do you have any interesting stories to tell me?"
