Chibi: Well yeah, developing CIs would be a tough job. xO

First of all, I think trial moderators need love too.

I think we should have a 'staff appreciate days' (about 3-4 days) after every site-run event (they work so hard it's not even funny), and maybe we should hold one every now and then even when there haven't been any events for a while?

I think at least every four months... What do you think?

Ideas for events... Hm... Well, we could have a 'dunk the staff' topic, where we could challenge people to draw their staff member of choice in some form of water (beach, glass of water, bath tub, kitchen sink, etc).

Maybe a 'dress the staff' topic. People could get to make dream avatars for their staff member of choice and at the end of the event those staff members that were made dream avatars will choose their favorite and wear that outfit for a week (if they don't want to participate, they don't have to, just have a list of participating staff members) after the event is over and the winning avatar designers will win about 100-500 gold (not sure how much they should get, lol). Not paid by the staff, I mean. Maybe charge a small amount of gold as a cover charge to enter the contest/game and then they can submit as many designs as they want? Then the pot (the money that's been earned through entries) will be divided equally between the winners?

Just a suggestion.

I'm really excited about this idea though. The staff need an event to appreciate them.

I'd have to say I have four. Kale, Eroy, Melody Xyelle, and Torikat.

Kale is extremely friendly and very helpful, even if you did something stupid and ask her to fix it.

Melody is super friendly and really helpful.

Eroy busts her ass with the GBA, and has to deal with all the people who are duh and keep bidding even if they haven't been accepted into the auction or not (and those people really screw up the bidding!) and I think it must be very aggravating for her to put up with people like that. She deserves a freaking medal for that.

Torikat is sweet, helpful, and sells chibi art during events. I think it's really cool of her to do that even though she's so busy.

I loves these four. <3

Edit: Crap, I totally forgot to mention Spring, who I totally adore for taking on the burden of the MAC. She totally needs love for that. (Editing the MAC when your computer sucks is a bitch!)
