Cannot access shops.
 

Everytime I click on one of the shops to try and purchase something it always comes up with a database error ):
Is this for everyone or just me?

I usually does that if you haven't created an avatar yet. Your avatar space is showing up blank for me, so that's probably why. Try going up to "My Avatar" and choosing your features. You need to save after each change for it to show up.
