@ Creps : Hmm... 2nd or 4th, depending on which you want to use. I'm leaning more towards the 2nd though, since the color scheme is more fire than the 4th. =O My qualm about the 2nd though is that the eyes are blue, and since this is a cosplay, I think that at least the hair and eye colors should be faithful to the original. ^^;;

But hmm... I'm not sure about the white either on the second avi though. =\ Especially the gloves. xDD;; But it does match. ^^;;

Ryl: Well, Gi is a marine biologist, so I figured it worked.

Creps: I think I prefer the scarf to the new item.

1st has no more bandana, while the 2nd has some added red, mostly to match the butterfly pin. The butterfly pin is there cause there's a red thing on Linka's jacket from the ref I was using. xDD;;

I prefer the one with the scarf too Creps. Though I'm unsure of which hat I like more. I'm leaning toward the tam, but I think the winter hat is more appropriate for his character... And I'd try to keep his features as they are in the show. So if he has blue eyes, you should keep the blue verison. :yes:

As for yours Ry, I like the one without the red accents more. Yes, there is some red in the belt, but I think adding the butterfly pin throws it off... The stockings I don't mind so much. It's the pin that I don't like for whatever reason.

Ryl: I'm not sure how I feel. I prefer the first one at first glance, but the second does a better job of carrying over colors. In the first, the shoes are the only blue of that shade and the belt is the only red.

@ Sizzla : Actually, I pointed out the blue eyes initially cause he's supposed to have green eyes, according to the ref he's using. >X3 <3

I went ahead a decided on the first one, because I liked the scarf better as well, and the white in the second one was seriously bothering me >>; and I changed the eyes to green as you suggested.

Ry- I like your first one better, without the red. It seems kind of just thrown in so it looks messy. Your first one looks really good, though, if the hair wasn't that color to match the character's hair I'd tell you to change it to that tan color and it'd look perfect with the outfit! Good job =)

I'm not really digging the hippocamp Cami... :sweat: It's just... a horse. Yes, a water horse, but it's more horse than water IMO.

Maybe the pool of water from the Weather Forecast would be a nice addition? I dunno if you can wear it with the water droplets though...

And I agree with Sizzla, the Spirit does look a bit out of place... ^^; The Weather Forecast puddle and drops items would be good (though you can't wear both at the same time), have you tried the Waves of Naias item though? The sash pose would look good, or if not then the waist sash at the very least.
Otherwise though I think it looks really good! Good job ^^

The Waves of Naias actually look horrible with it. XD I've tried every position.

I am wearing the droplets. You can't wear those with the puddle though.

I don't know. I kind of like the hippocamp. I understand the dissent, and I'm sure that it would be better if it were just water, but since Gi is the scholar and the marine biologist, plus the whole water power, I kind of imagine the rest of the outfit as her as she is, but the hippocamp as more of a reflection of who she is.

Ohh, hmm, you're right it seems. It doesn't look as good without the Waves or the Hippocamp, so definitely don't go with that one, and the Waves don't look as good as I had imagined them, but I still wouldn't take them out of the picture. At this point it's like a tie between the Spirit and the Waves for me, if you like the Spirit though then I say go for it xD

I like your explanation for the Hippocamp, though it's not something I would have seen by myself. I suggest you send that along with your entry to help the judges understand ^^

Okay... what in god's name is a hippocamp?

I was working on the MAC update and I noticed the water horse CI was on its own layer.... the hippocamp layer. I honestly have no idea what that means... and when I saw the layer name, I was like... wth? :?
