No, I think it'd be very interesting to have you as a judge. It's good for not everyone to feel exactly the same way. Personally, I like hearing different sides of avatar-lovers. Hearing them has really helped me to learn to make better avatars. For example, I used to go pretty much only with matching and would just pile on whatever matched because I liked clutter avatars. But then someone pointed out flow to me and that things should make sense (like no cutesy avatar with a giant katana - unless that fits your theme, of course), and it completely revolutionized the way I make avatars, and, in my opinion, they look so much better now because of that.
So I think it'd be great to have an "a-typical" judge!

It's a little christmasy to me. :/ Something about the color scheme just isn't wowing me.

Heh, it seems like we all want to switch positions! I guess it goes along with the old "the actor wants to direct, the director wants to act" thing. Grass is always greener and all that.

I like the second best.

CK: I'm with Cherry. Not everyone needs to have the same opinion. ^-^ Makes for well-rounded judging.

Sizzla: It is a little Christmassy, but I like it. It has texture. Are you intending to have two shades of green or just one, though? It's balanced with one shade, though some parts are off, but if it's two shades I think you need to mix it a bit more.

Lynne: I prefer the second one, but I'm not a huge fan of either, truthfully.

Slow: I like it. The colors are perfect.

Is the spear okay, or should I get rid of it because of the brown handle? I want a spear because there are spear tips on the can, but this is the only one we have.

I got rid of the spear. I'm debating the gloves. They looked the same color as my silver-whites when I put it on, but now that I look again I see they're not.

Well, it does look like the can kind of, but... it just gets the colors, not like... the "essence" of the can.
Normally I wouldn't give out such big advice before the judging, but since this is the final round... I just wouldn't go with that particular avatar/can. I don't think you'll win with it.
I mean, don't get me wrong, it's a nice avatar. Trust me. But this round is going to be very tough, and I don't think that particular avatar has the wow-factor that will be needed to win.
But I am only one judge and this only my opinion. Just consider it. c:

Slow - It's the same problem as when the water avatar was assigned the first time. Basically, the avatar has to be one color, but with different shades. It looks cool, but it will always look off because there isn't much you can do to break up all the blue and blue-green without getting silly and losing the water-look. So it's going to look off one way or another.

I do like this staff thing (which I finally found in the accessories store). I also changed my gloves, but I'm debating how I feel on them. At least they completely match my colors.

OMG, this is a tough challenge... There are so many choices involved. :sweat:

At least today I've made a Wind, Water and Electricity avatar. I'll have to tackle a different challenge and make up some new avatars tomorrow.
