Oh yay, I feel special. xD

Cora 11-24-2009 04:09 AM

I actually figured that out. I almost put cinderella on my list...and then thought about it...and the only thing you can do with that would be similar to the first challenge.

Anthony Darkyn 11-24-2009 04:19 AM

If I had to guess Disney movies for challenges...

-Beauty and the Beast
-The Black Cauldron
-Alice in Wonderland
-Lilo and Stitch
-Cinderella

These are ones where I can see multiple challenges, based on the movies and the various themes behind them. :3

Cora 11-24-2009 04:42 AM

lol I got lots of friends request from people I'm surprised I wasn't already friends with o.0

It makes me happy though xP

HOUSE.

Sorry, I have nothing on topic to say, but I saw house and went all "eeee" because I'm so excited about this season. :D It's definitely the best yet.

Seiki Nova 11-24-2009 05:41 AM

Sorry, still no reply from fuyumi so I just put both up because I don't know what else to do. Rate whichever one you'd like @ the judges.

I feel like every time I use the @ symbol, I'm using my twitter xD

Rylynne 11-24-2009 10:05 AM

*hugs Cami*

<3<3

And I shall get to judging now~ :3 <3<3
Before I forget.
...
Which will be soon if I don't get this done now. xDD;;

Iro 11-24-2009 10:19 AM

Oh, we're doing a guessing game on the challenges? : D

Assuming you only mean animated movies;
1. Mulan
2. Alice in Wonderland
3. Robin Hood
4. Toy Story
5. Hercules

Rylynne 11-24-2009 10:39 AM

Sent my scores~ :'D <3<3
Now none of you can attack me or something because of being late or whatever. XP

Anyhows... my five guesses for the next challenges:
1. Mulan
2. Alice in Wonderland
3. Toy Story / Peter Pan (depending on if Seiki is tired of the toy theme from last cycle xDD)
4. The Polar Express (this is Disney right? 8DD)
5. Jungle Book

Lolz, trying to stay as broad as possible. xDD;; <3<3

slowtrain 11-24-2009 12:45 PM

Cora 11-24-2009 02:44 PM

I think I get Why fujisama sent in two avi's looking at the description now...but I'm not sure she really understood the task. o.0

Allan 11-24-2009 02:58 PM

I guess that's part of why it's a good idea to post avies here for opinions.

Sizzla 11-24-2009 03:05 PM

My scores have been sent in. :D

Yeah, I wish fuyumi had followed the rules on her entry... :(

Rylynne 11-24-2009 03:32 PM

True. :x
I tried to be more liberal in how she interpreted the entry though, and therefore how I scored it. ^^;;

Keyori 11-24-2009 03:57 PM

GOOD MORNING MENE

Judging time for meee now!

(House was awesome last night btw, but I was an episode behind so I'll be watching the previous one today on Hulu, but I can pretty much guess what happened. So, how about that punch to the face? xD)

Edit: Judging complete! This was tough D:

So many entries were very very close for me (within 0.1 point), and I changed my mind about who ranked over who a few times xD

*phew*

House catchup time now!

Siri 11-24-2009 05:31 PM

Have a lot of people been dropping out this cycle? : /
I think that there were a few people with no entries last time too.

And as for House... I don't think the last few seasons have been as good as the first three. There's way too much drama now, especially with this past season. I think the writers are trying too hard to shock viewers with the relationships and spend less time focusing on the quality of their episodes. The cases haven't been interesting in a long time now and I've just been getting a Grey's Anatomy vibe from the show. Why couldn't House just stick with the same formula, like Monk?

Cora 11-24-2009 05:35 PM

This last season of monk is fenominal o.0

Allan 11-24-2009 05:36 PM

I think it all depends on what you like. Personally, I hate formula, and I can't stand shows that don't morph over time. I've really liked the last few seasons of House, but I couldn't get into the first few seasons at all.

There's a case.
They have a few wrong answers.
Someone says something that gives House a revelation.
They solve the case and the person gets better.

How boring is that?

Siri 11-24-2009 05:42 PM

@Cora Lorington: I agree! I can't believe there's only two more episodes! ;____;

@Allan: I dunno, I always thought that it was more exciting at the beginning because they had much better and more interesting cases. They still use that same formula today, but instead of having good cases, they just put in boring ones and focus on all the drama. It's almost like they're turning the show into Grey's Anatomy--stupid cases/mysteries with too much drama. And I have NO idea why they decided to bring Lucas back--no one liked him and his character is awful with Cuddy. Do they really need to mess with the relationships so much?

Cora 11-24-2009 05:47 PM

I dunno I liked lucas, he is all wrong for cuddy though.

Allan 11-24-2009 05:50 PM

I actually had no idea who Lucas was when he reappeared. Is he from early seasons?

I've never seen Gray's Anatomy, but you're probably right. It's the difference the cases being what the show is about and them being just a vehicle for a show about characters who work on the cases.

I've never been a huge fan of Monk, but it's the same in that you could say that the show isn't as much about the cases as about the characters who work on them. You tune in for the laughs, not for the mystery. This is as opposed to Law and Order, which is entirely about the cases.

Cora 11-24-2009 05:55 PM

lucas was the private detective that house hired to follow wilson after house killed wilsons girlfriend. He is the only person besides wilson who house truely could consider a friend.

Allan 11-24-2009 05:57 PM

Oh, I do remember that. Vaguely.

SouLSuRv1vER 11-24-2009 11:20 PM

House is a great show. I love watching that and those other shows like CSI, Burn Notice, Monk, Psych, etc :D
