In the FAQs, it states that you can use anything for your entry, including Photoshop.
Does that mean color-wise, you could use PS?

I was looking at Hina's entries, and the hair on the second entry doesn't look like a shade Mene has... P:

Yeah, we can photoshop colors. Though it's also graded. If someone edits poorly, then that will be detracted from their scores. And it is discouraged.

Anyways, photoshopping doesn't always make the outfit better and it is more challenging to actually try and match stuff.

Therefore, makes a challenge a challenge!
