Does a basic yellow tank top or shirt work? I'm not that familiar with the Heaven top.

Unfortunately, they both go over the heaven top. Which I think is silly. The longer sleeved shirts go under, but they cover up the gloves.
There's go to be something that will go where I want it... Maybe a necklace? |
I know one or two of those shoulder ruffles has yellow on it, but those come in white and dark grey (if I recall correctly). There's also the chef neckerchiefs.

Lol, Cami, I know. I don't think any toy really matches the character I wanna represent thus far.
