OMG how do you guys have the gumption to collect more than a few sets?! I'm amaaaazed. 10 sets is a LOT. I could never do that. Then again, I'm not terribly chatty most of the time, even during events. I dunno why. I read a lot of threads, but a lot of the time, I just don't have much to add. XP

I've got 78 hearts from being at work today. I pretty much just got home. And now it's almost time to crash. There are just not enough hours in the day. I should have been in bed 30 minutes ago, and I really want to stay up and watch Skins. XP

@ Slow : Well, the second book on Alice and Wonderland IS creepy in its own right. xDD;;

@ Sizz : I guess it's cause I'm naturally chatty? =O And personally I'm motivated to finish my questing asap, so that means trying to make money through whatever means I can do. XP <3<3

I'm not sure I could get ten sets, but I'll get as many as I can. I refuse to use any of my hearts on event commons. XD

I only get so many sets, it all depends on how much time I have.
I tend to talk a lot, so its not too hard to get a lot of the currency.
Last event screwed up so bad that I probably lost an entire set+ worth of stuff because it would not let me convert. :< I was rather pissed.

@ Cami : But what if you have hearts to spare by the end of the event, but not nearly enough to get another set? D:

I think I got three sets last event... One for me and two to save.

But then again, I don't feel the need to horde items really... I have most of the items I want and I'm never hurting for commons. I was thinking about having an art contest somewhere down the line though. That would be something to save EIs for.

We'll see how many I manage to get this time around. Chance has been killing me all day! It started out really well, then I kept losing. :(

I got that from the '08 christmas event, my first event here. :]

I got such a petty amount from last event because I was gone for several days, and then nothing would cooperate and it ate a lot of my ingredients. :/ It was a bad event for me.

I didn't get very many last time, but I wasn't really around. I bought a few sets after the event.

@ Sizz : I remember you said before that you don't need to quest for anything else, so maybe that's why your need to hoard isn't so big. XP And I see~ =O Well, if ever you do set one up, I would definitely join! XP <3<3

My questing extends itself to commons and NPC items. But I'm going to wait and get the NPC items from the NPCs rather than quest for them : )

Yeah, I just don't have the urge to horde. I did on Gaia, because there were always items I wanted that were out of my reach. Well, DJs mostly. There's no way I could have caught up to the price they are now. And I joined (and have been donating) since '04! :/ Well, I don't donate anymore... Or at least I haven't for a couple of months now, I usually try to get DIs, but lately I've been trying to buy them with any gold I can earn. Which isn't a lot, because I'm never there.

But here, yeah, I don't have the need to horde really. :yes: The only things I need are a few of the NPC items, but like you Seiki, I"m going to get them from the NPCs if I can. There's nothing I can't do without for a while. XD

I was so rediculously active when I first got here. lol
I think I had 5k gold in like the first week from posting sooo much. And I was always thinking I was so poor (was use to gaia gold) and people wouldn't think I was actually new. Haha

I don't really feel like I have much to say most of the time; especially in events when the event forums are the busiest part of the site... unless I find a hangout thread where I know a lot of the people who hang out, otherwise I find it hard to just jump into a thread and find a conversation with people I don't really know

I tend to not really post much at all because I don't have much to say and not very many people are around when I am usually :/

but I do hoard pretty much everything... I think i've only ever sold one thing and added a couple of items in trades, but mostly I just keep all my extras, and I try to get at least one extra set of cis every month

@ Ry - lol yeah, that time when you won, I think I was actually at the same amount as you, but i'm a month or so younger. I was curious why I didn't get it either, but I figured you'd must have done something to totally deserve it more, and I dont think I ever put a name as my referrer. And now i'm totally behind you, so I do believe you deserved it. :3

I didn't horde ENOUGH on Gaia back then. hehehe. Today, I'm rich in donation letters, but really poor in gold. XP I do have a fairly large inventory there too, but I actually think I have more items here now. :yes:
