Suona: Is it done? Can I steal it now? I've been waiting patiently.
|
I uh...may or may not have already drank all of it. :ninja:
|
T_T You are so cruel!
|
-does a happy dance-
I confused Chaos hehe. NO BRIBES, CAMI. End. Of. Discussion. Someone make me a green goblin. Mangos, Pineapples, Lime Sorbet, and Mango juice. Whoo doggy! |
Seiki: Man, you're quite the task master. I don't know how well I handle structure.
XD Speaking of which, I was reading the judging applications, and everyone definitely answered the why you'd be a good judge question far more seriously than I did. |
Pretty much.
I just woke up from an hour long power nap. Yes I'm aware that it's 9PM, but whatever. It was good  |
XD
I took a nap today. I drank a glass of wine (I need to stop doing that), and felt so very exhausted afterwards, with a slight headache. |
I feel like I've had a glass of wine. I could have slept all night, but that would have meant that I would be up at like 5 in the morning if I went to bed and stayed asleep. I'm not good at the whole sleeping more than 8 hours thing. Its like my body can only tolerate 8 hours of sleep at a time before it wakes itself up DX
|
I usually wake up after about eight hours, but then I don't want to get up.
|
I was rudely awakened this morning before I should have woken up. My mother came into my room and started barking orders at me before she left for school knowing that I had to take my grandmother to the doctor today. She wanted me to clean the house and I was just trying to wake up to get ready to go.
|
I slept for 12 hours, and im still tired :(
|
Maybe you're tired because you slept 12 hours
|
That's what Emma said xD.
The thing is yesterday i got up at 5am and i was soo tired i went to sleep really early. And then got up really late this morning lol. |

Two swirls of an appropriately flavored frozen yogurt (strawberry if it had strawberries in it or vanilla for anything else. And I think, yes, you were meant to use vanilla every time. >_>; ) Then up to a certain line with the juice. And two ounces each of whatever type of fruit if it was a blend or four for a single-fruit flavor. That was what it was meant to be, but I added less juice and more fruit because it tasted better. (Or juice from the fruit rather than the fruit juice.) >3< Otherwise they were too watery. Two scoops of ice. Which, again, I used less of as otherwise it was too watery. I could make it myself in a blender at home and get the proportions about right, but I couldn't tell you "this many ounces". Yes, I know I was underscoring TCBY's profit margin. They probably cost maybe 50 cents in materials to make but they sold for around 3.50. :p |
That sounds really nummy
|
I love TCBY aaah! Never had their smoothies, though. :/
|
CK, when I was working at McDonalds, I was the coffee specialist there (nasty coffee by the way), but I never made it by the rules either. I always put in a pump and a half extra syrup, and ignored the mixing policy because if you started to mix when you were supposed to, the flavors never really mixed well and it would taste bitter and weird. I loved using way more of their product than I probably should have, but it made the customers happier and I hated the owners/my manager/supervisor so I didn't care.
|
So you did yogurt, fruit, juice, and ice.
I have never done it with yogurt before. Just ice cream. I'll have to try the yogurt sometime. Thanks for the info, btw. :3 They have a smoothie place at my college. I have a friend that works in there sometimes. I should ask her for the recipe. They taste really good there. |
Mind you, I've no idea how it would be with regular yogurt. XD We used the frozen soft-serve ice-cream kind. I suspect it wouldn't be too bad, though. With regular yogurt, I mean. I'd just make a small one the first time and substitute ice cream instead if it didn't work out. xD;
|
I'm a bigger fan of ice cream in my smoothies rather than yogurt, anyway. Frozen yogurt isn't my thing, really.
And yeah, the regular yogurt would most likely not be solid enough for a good smoothie. |
Woo, it's gonna start ^_^
-excited- |
I used to always get vanilla frozen yogurt instead of ice cream from those ice cream dispensers, because it tasted better, but then one time this random stranger girl was all "You know that's not ice cream, right?" and I've felt self-conscious about it ever since. >_>
|
I genuinely prefer frozen yogurt to ice cream now. It's healthier for you and tastes better. IMHO.
I can understand, though, if you just genuinely don't like yogurt for some reason.... But I can tell you that 9/10 times when people came into TCBY they liked what they sampled and only made, "ew - yuck!" expressions when they said something about, "ice cream" and we had to tell them that it wasn't ice cream, it was frozen yogurt. (Store/company policy. :P ) Of course, there were a few people, that 1/10, who tasted it and were 'ew - yuck!' from the start and when they heard it was yogurt they said, "Well, no wonder!" Though of course, I'm not counting the people who heard it was yogurt and didn't care or were happier about it. I think most people were indifferent to the issue when it tasted as good/better than the stuff at McDonald's. Which isn't even made with real milk, IIRC. |
I don't get why people don't like frozen yogurt! D: It tastes cleaner to me, in a way. = w=
|
I love frozen yoghurt. Especially since i'm not allowed ice cream because of being diabetic lol. xP
