BUT I AM LITERALLY FULL OF RAGE. IF RAGE COULD BE MEASURED BY A RAGEOMETER SIMILAR TO A SPEEDOMETER, I'D BE GOING WAAAAAAY OVER THE RAGE-LIMIT. THEN I WOULD GET A FINE. THEN I WOULDN'T PAY IT BECAUSE I WOULD BE TOO RAGE-Y (SIMILAR TO ANGRY, BUT ANGRIER) TO CONCENTRATE ON FILLING OUT THE PAPERWORK, SO THEN I WOULD GO TO JAIL AND I WOULD PROBABLY GET IN BRAWLS BECAUSE OF ALL MY PENT-UP RAGE. WHICH MEANS THAT I MUST LET OUT MY RAGE (WHICH IS ANGER AND THEN SOME) IN SMALL DOSES, WHICH MEANS I MIGHT NEVER GET TO THE SOURCE OF MY RAGE.

SEIKI. That's easy.
I can do it without tutorial. Essentially find a brush like that. Press shift, and drag your mouse/stylus downwards to make straight lines. When you are happy, then click the FX button on that layer, and go to gradient overlay and click the rainbow one :D |
seems like it would be easy to do with an uneven line pattern like that, a rainbow gradient overlay and a bit of careful gradient layer masking

CK I'm going to have to start doing that to keep the Wiki away. Kind of an annoying feature for us to have at the moment anyways since it only applies to a few people and doesn't actually contain anything. We couldn't turn it off until the feature is actually ready to use? |

They used a filter, a gradient, a lasso tool, and a mask. No vertical lines needed.
