-pees all over you- :talk2hand:
Girl PLEASE. |
*wanders in* *runs away from the rolling and peeing crazies* lol
|
Honestly, I hate it when people change their names. XD Which I realize isn't fair considering that I've changed my name, but that's not the point.
Tonight was like the perfect night at the restaurant. I only worked 3hr 20min and made 60 dollars in tips (70 total). I always had customers, but they were staggered so I never felt rushed. It is exactly how every shift should be. |
That's nice Cami. A good shift at work can really be a blessing. Glad you had one. ^_^
|
Insta update failed me again.
Plus, I was actually scheduled for exactly the shifts I want this week and only those shifts. ^-^ We'll see what happens going forward, but I'm feeling pretty good. |
Cora: I could see someone calling you Lori, maybe, but not Lorington o3o
|
lol, its not too too often but often enough to be annoying.
@Cami- its not like I'm Completely changing.....just sortening. And whoever took "Cora" pisses me off....no posts at all....joined forever ago....hasn't logged in in forever. |
I hate that. When someone has the name I want and they aren't even on.
|
OH! How about "Cora!"
Because it's exciting and edgy! Also I'm operating on four hours of sleep (I apparently have a condition that makes me tired if I get less than 10, as a reference), so don't listen to me! WHEEEE! |
lol, or "Cora?" to give you that air of mystery.
|
I'm thinking "Cora >/"
Keyori: Look! I wrote an article about heart health and sleep! A Healthy Heart Prefers Seven Hours of Sleep - Heart1.com But if you don't want to read my finely written article because you are a meanie poo, generally sleeping more than nine hours is a sign of breathing problems. ---------- XD Okay, now when did Order versus Chaos become a tag? |
I do have breathing problems. Reactive Airway Disease ftw!
I'm supposed to go to the student health center eventually to get an official diagnosis some time... but meh. I've dealt with it all of my life, and it wasn't even brought to my attention that there was something wrong with me about my sleeping habits until I saw my counselor last week. *shrug* I just thought being tired was something that people just dealt with. When I was in grade school, I'd go to bed at 8pm and wake up at 6am and still be tired. Now I'll go to bed at 10pm and wake up at 9am and be tired. /mehhhh/ On the article: What about those weird sleeping patterns where you basically take a bunch of naps throughout the day? o3o I wish I could do that, but my schedule doesn't accommodate it ~3~ To recap, Keyori's problems now include: Ovary problems Lung problems Potential future blood sugar problems Moodiness problems Sleeping problems Needle phobias YEAH! I blame my mother. She has all sorts of stuff wrong with her. And there's DIABEETUS on both sides of my family, so right now I'm trying to just... not get diabetes. I'm doing alright so far xD |
All of the amounts of sleep that the article refers to are for within a 24 hour period. So, if it says 7 hours, it means 7 hours of sleep within 24 hours, including all naps.
You keep editing your post. XD Yeah, I really hope I take after my mom's family. My mom's parents and all of their siblings are in their 70s and 80s with absolutely no major health problems, still bounding around doing whatever they feel like. Of the 15 or so of them, only two have died and those were both in accidents not because of any kind of health issue. But my dad's dad died of a heart attack before I was born and my dad's mom has just always been sickly. |
Ooh ooh Cora! You should make your username ""Cora"" Quotation marks give everything flair. ;D
Also, re. sleep... I have such a messed up sleep cycle. I'm lucky if I get 4 hours. T_T |
Bri looks sexy.
|
Thanks, Cami! :'D
|
I want more leg accessories. XD Like things that can go over pants.
|
Yesss, I agree! Like chains that cover the entire legs. That would be amazing.
|
Ooh, yes, I love that idea.
|
Blaugh. So, I'm pretty sure I had heat exhaustion earlier today. That's fun.
For giggles, and because I'm a nerdy engineer, I calculated the distance I walk to school, AND the average slope of the hill I walk up, AND the grade of the hill. The answers are 0.6 miles (estimated using Google maps), 2.1693 degrees, and 3.7879% grade. I estimated the elevation changes using USGS topographical maps of the hill, which came out to an elevation change of about 120 feet. So, maybe that's why I'm so damn tired. Also for fun: apparently I only burned 5.832 nutritional Calories. I call shenanigans. (though, I only calculated that based on the work done against gravity, and not against the friction of myself against the sidewalk or other considerations...) /math & physics nerdiness |
Seriously? Because you walk a whole .6 miles? <<,, That's the minimum distance between my house and absolutely anywhere I go any day.
|
But it's up the hill. A very awful hill. 0.6 miles on flat terrain is not a problem. But this hill is all that is evil. You can't even bike up it because it's so steep in some places.
|
I think you need to exercise more. XD
|
I agree. Hence why I walk to school instead of drive. ;P
