This has made my list of weirdest conversations ever. I was talking to this guy about a writing competition he wants to enter.

Me: I feel like for something like this you need a complete story with a beginning, middle, and end. Something compact and understandable.

Him: Doesn't that feel dull and repetitive?

I gave up at this point.

When I get home from work in the morning, I'll probably end up going right to sleep, and then I have to work tomorrow afternoon at 4. So depending on how early I wake up, and if I have enough scores by then, I'll try to get the scores up before I have to leave. Otherwise, it'll be around one-ish in the morning on Monday (my time) before I have them up. Just a heads up : )

Work sucked like a baby on a bottle last night. Super super busy up until around 12:30, and then absolutely dead. For four and a half hours! I wanted to lock the doors and take a nap it was so slow.

I suppose you're right, and it's a good play on the word sucked. My mind just goes too far in trying to figure out how exactly your work is like a baby sucking a bottle.
