Seito follows a general pattern though usually:
Short intro of the world -> character -> start of storyline - > expand further on the world/reveal secrets etc -> conclusion

As for me, I don't have a real template, actually. xDD I like to try different ways of introducing a story I wrote. Makes for a bigger challenge. =P Then again, my favorite way of starting stories is through a gripping one-liner. xD But, that's only for short stories and such. If I were to join an RR, I'll of course use a different technique~ ;]

oh GOD. I used to role play with an IRL friend, so I was super easy on her about that, and I swear every time I had to answer a question requireing a paragraph of text at school, I instinctingly wrote one sentance, and had to double take many times.
